Ah Porcus that was a lot to deal with at once - work and DC - hope all is well now. And like Not said a burger and chips isn't bad at all - it's much better than just snacking/binging on a load of unnecessary stuff.
Hi Must!! woohoo for staying at 10st 6. Am I reading it right that you just have to lose 2lbs in 5 weeks? If so, you shouldn't need much of a deficit at all - I am jealous
but I know maintenance/semi-maintenance can be harder than being really strict. Well done on resisting the cheese and the jelly pots sound like a great idea.
I had a tiny bit of indulgence yesterday (sausages for lunch and ice cream before bed) bringing me to 1265, but I have lost the plot already today - completely in "bank holiday = eat loads" mindset
. I'm at 912 already (big slice of cake with my lunch and packet of WW crisps just now) and H and I are supposed to be going for a 'nice' dinner (possibly Italian) so I could well come in at around 2500, sigh. I am justifying it by expecting a lean day tomorrow and Sunday but I'll have to really mean that and not let one bad day turn into 4
.
