What do you think Pippa and Kate weigh?

I know they have skinny genes but both are sensationally trim .
To me they look wonderful , but I know they are probably underweight.
What do you think they weigh? eat ? and what exercise do they do ?

Their physiques are quite different from when they were at university, you can see from photos that they weren't so slim then. Let's face it, they have nothing to do and are extremely wealthy, so can devote all the time and money in the world into exercising and looking great. But it's certainly not effortless.

EpoxyResin · 21/05/2017 10:36

I should clarify, I wasn't thin enough for the doctor to take me seriously, not just treatment.

GimbleInTheWabe · 21/05/2017 10:39

Humble Brag Alert I actually 'met' Kate Middleton at an event I was performing at and whilst I was taken by how attractive she was she was very, very, very thin. I was actually very shocked how small her waist was, and her arms. She was def a size 4 UK or something. It's true that the camera adds 10lbs so she looks slim in photos but in real life she was pretty Shock skinny.

I agree it's probs genetic that they're slim and have lead the usual posh girl lifestyle of competitive skinniness within their friendship group but are obvs also on some diet and exercise regime to stay that size.

Giddyaunt18 · 21/05/2017 10:39

About 6 stone. They have no hips or bust, very, very slim and athletic.

CowParsleyNettle · 21/05/2017 10:43

Just saw footage of Pippa in her dress and I thought actually how unattractive that level of thin is. Okay she doesn't look gaunt but she hardly looks healthy does she?

How rude. Skinny shaming is not acceptable. I'm tall and thin and have never found it hindered my love life. Maybe I'm just a lucky.

CrazyExIngenue · 21/05/2017 10:44

That's what we're all supposed to look like!

And we wonder why women today have such poor body image. Hmm

Yes, it's what we're all supposed to look like when we have personal chefs with millions of pounds to buy the latest healthy fad foods, endless hours a day to work out with our personal trainers and access to the best beauty treatments/surgery in the world.

Given I don't have those things, I'm thinking my size 14 looks pretty damned good.

habibihabibi · 21/05/2017 10:45

The intent of this post wasn't body shaming I'm just curious.
Both women look fantastic in my opinion.
Sadly I don't but am working on it .

I am the same height as Pippa and for my wedding a couple of years ago I slimmed down to 7stone 10lbs. I was skinny but still did not look as skinny as she does now! I reckon she's more muscular though but I would say 7 and a half stone.

expatinscotland · 21/05/2017 10:50

Gawd, who gives a flying fuck!?

Fucking hell people - check yourselves!

HeadDreamer · 21/05/2017 10:52

Kate looked tiny again pretty quickly after having the babies. Can I have her diet plan please?! I have a 11 week old and am a size 14. I used to be a size 8.

It could be just skinny genes. I was size 8 before pregnancy. Both DC I was size 6 around the 3-6 months post birth point. I was back to size 8 clothes immediately post birth for dresses and leggings, and maybe 1-2 months for skinny jeans. I packed normal non maternity clothes from before in my hospital bag (dresses as they are accommodating for a slightly larger waist). I can't keep the weight up until I stopped breastfeeding.

Rhodiolia · 21/05/2017 10:52

What a thoroughly vile and insipid thread :(

GrandDesespoir · 21/05/2017 10:57

Oh who cares?! Confused

unshockableshocked · 21/05/2017 11:01

One of my friends has a similar figure, and a lot is down to genetics. Her father is tall and very slim, as are her brothers. She is the only one who ever gets body shamed though.

I do think our perceptions of "skinny" have changed. I looked at some photos of me with school friends in the early 80s and was surprised - I was always one of the chunkier ones and I looked the lower side of slim. Some of my friends looked positively waif like.

FaFoutis · 21/05/2017 11:03

Stop it.

Nicky333 · 21/05/2017 11:04

If they had put on four stone each before the wedding, would it be okay for everyone to talk about how fat they are? How it makes them look awful, unhealthy?

I agree with HeadDreamer. I was exactly the same after my baby. One month after giving birth, exactly the same weight. One year on, exactly the same weight. The same weight I've always been. Some people are just the weight they are.

mammmamia · 21/05/2017 11:05

This is ridiculous. I am similar figure and eat healthily. I've always been this way. It's just how people are made and with a bit of exercise you can look toned and lovely ( I don't but I could with a bit of effort)

PortiaCastis · 21/05/2017 11:05

Who cares

mammmamia · 21/05/2017 11:06

Oh and by the way I'm just over 8stone and I'm 5 foot6. I have been the same weight for 15 years. I have also had twins, during which I put on 3 stone and lost it all afterwards bar a few extra pounds.

FatLittleWombat · 21/05/2017 11:09

I'm surprised so many posters think Pippa had a great figure yesterday! I think she looked far too muscular. Those arms... No fat and loads of muscle, a really bad look in my opinion.

MyFavouriteName · 21/05/2017 11:10
Hmm
surferjet · 21/05/2017 11:12

I think they both look amazing Envy

PortiaCastis · 21/05/2017 11:13

I'm not perfect so I don't expect others to be and picking someone apart is awful

highinthesky · 21/05/2017 11:13

I think both are absolutely beautiful, but I do think their weight is concerning. Kate's sternum and true ribs were clearly visible....the mystery to me is how she will conceive again with such a low body weight (I fully expect an announcement within a few months), but hey, VB did it.

To appear that way in pictures - which exaggerate every lump and bump in a still - means the sisters are be very slender indeed IRL. I consider myself to be slim but when I look in photos, much less so. That's not because I'm fooling myself, but it does suggest that they carry the minimal amount of sub-cutaneous fat. I think they're probably at about 12-13% whereas most ladies that look slim in real life are actually closer to 25-30% (super-muscular trim men are at 5%).

As for the groom - well he just looks like a skinny, greasy drug addict. Its not a kind thing to think, but it would amaze me if he was given a second glance if it wasn't for his wealth and societal position.
