OK day so far - cheese and ham omelette with loads of veg plus a couple of Brew. Planning beef stroganoff for tea, all counted out and logged into MFP already.

I forgot to weigh myself this morning until after breakfast. Hmm

It's in keeping with my recent lack of focus on losing weight.

I hate getting compliments about having lost weight.

They always sound a bit "you were SO FAT before" to me. Also they make me complacent. Often I get them when I know people are just surprised I'm no longer a fatty and I have actually put on weight recently. 🤔

It's good to get outside confirmation of decreasing volume though. ☺

I've just eaten some malt wheat biscuits with Nutella.

Not a good day. Will do some HIIT later to try to compensate a bit. Haven't been running all week because kids odd school.

Good day here so far , phew !

Boiled egg and a slice of toast for breakfast
Fruit during the day and ryvita with phillidelphia cheese and half a jar of pickled onions (but weird but yummy )
And tonight we are having meatballs for dinner .

And i have managed over 16000 steps not calories . Grin

Looks like everyone is doing a grand job . Apart from the evil Halloween sweets of course .

Wine night has been postponed, so my days total is now 637cals. Feel I should have something to top that up, but not hungry and don't want to snack when I don't really need to. Might have a cup of oxo, that'll add on a couple of calories :)

Doin be less English and embrace the compliments. It is nice to be complimented, take it as acknowledgement of all your hard work and effort.

I'm not convinced I'll have a loss this week but I have done zero snacking, eaten no sugar except in fruit (in moderation) and eaten pretty sensibly, though slightly carbier over all than I'd ideally like to. It would be nice to be rewarded for being really quite hungry a lot of the time.

I actually do really well not eating - my problem is always stopping once I start! DH had cooked a really nice meal as my DPs were up for the evening, but I kept to half a glass of wine and ate more veg than potatoes, so with not having eaten anything all day, I'm happy enough with my overall intake for today.

Tomorrow I have the implanon being put it, and I am a big wimp so will have to try to avoid the comfort eating afterward. Hmm

One or two sessions to go quim, depends how much she gets done in the next one. The body needs some more colour and then the tail is going down my leg :) no big meaning Kiki, I mainly like the picture Grin

The weekend is looking and I really need to not eat and drink my way through it (like the last two Blush)
My sister is visiting tomorrow so there will definitely be vodka but I need to plan my food better .

What you all up to ? and what are your plans for not going off the rails . This is when I struggle .

Morning losers!

I'm 12.12 this morning so that is 2lbs off since the 1st, and 5 more to go! I just have to work on keeping it off rather than being good all week and then gorging at the weekend!

No massively foodie plans this weekend though, Christmas shopping and a bonfire display tomorrow and a craft fair on Sunday. I find if I keep busy I can ignore food for much longer.

I'll be eating before I go out tomorrow, that's the best way for me to avoid crap I think. Though I do have a bad history of planning this and then being tempted by just one and ruining it. But I am determined this time!!

Morning! I weighed myself earlier and have lost 1lb since Tuesday. It's not masses but my goal is 1-2lbs a week so I am pretty pleased. As for avoiding weekend binges, my plan is to have light breakfasts and lunches, and save up my calories so I can have a nice dinner and a (small) glass of wine in the evening. Everything in moderation and all that...

Good luck with the implant vvviola, it's unpleasant but you will be fine. Could you plan something nice but non-foodie for afterwards to avoid comfort eating, but still have something to look forward to?

Eating before you go out is definitely the way to go if you can manage it, Beyond. I'm at a working event tonight and tomorrow and will be at the mercy of the food provided.

Based on this week's form, that will not involve self-discipline on my part. Hmm

Well done, Hairspray. 2lbs already is great. I'm just going to pretend you didn't say anything about a certsin kind of shopping. I guess 2016 hasn't turned out to be the year my organisation gene kicked in. 😂

Howlong, have fun with your sis. I find not drinking atvall is the best way to stsy on the dtraight and narrow. Drinking makes me want to eat things yo go with the booze. Hangovers make me wsnt to eat rings around myself.

Maybe try to avoid drinking in the house where food can be easily found? Or make sure you have nothing available that is salty and fatty to tempt you?

But definitely enjoy hsving your sis visit. That's the priority :)

When I drink I have red wine. I can only manage a bottle at the absolute max and drink it really slowly, whereas white/rose/vodka flies down my neck!!

I only drink Prosecco or other fizzy wine when dieting, the bubbles make me fuller so I can't drink as much and it goes to my head faster so I don't need to drink as much still drinks like a student

My lunch was smoked haddock, scrambled egg and spinach. Dinner is chicken and some sort of veg.
