Eating before you go out is definitely the way to go if you can manage it, Beyond. I'm at a working event tonight and tomorrow and will be at the mercy of the food provided.
Based on this week's form, that will not involve self-discipline on my part. 
Well done, Hairspray. 2lbs already is great. I'm just going to pretend you didn't say anything about a certsin kind of shopping. I guess 2016 hasn't turned out to be the year my organisation gene kicked in. 😂
Howlong, have fun with your sis. I find not drinking atvall is the best way to stsy on the dtraight and narrow. Drinking makes me want to eat things yo go with the booze. Hangovers make me wsnt to eat rings around myself.
Maybe try to avoid drinking in the house where food can be easily found? Or make sure you have nothing available that is salty and fatty to tempt you?
But definitely enjoy hsving your sis visit. That's the priority :)
