Good to hear from you Thankful hope you are having a lovely time.
Wispa I'd have had a meltdown a while back if I gained 2lb overnight but now I know it's happened before and it will go I'm not as bothered. It is still annoying but it wasn't real weight as I hadn't gone over my calories.
I didn't buy any jeans Panda was just trying them on
I want to try to wait until the 2stone marker if I can.
Yesterday was probably my worst day of the year and I don't know how many calories I had. I had coffee and cake out for lunch
then I had half of a small portion of chippy chips and a carton of gravy for tea but I had only 1 slice of toast for breakfast. I obviously went over my calories but I promised myself I'd have a chippy tea after losing a stone and I hadn't had it yet.
I bumped into someone I hadn't seen since last year and the first thing they mentioned was how much weight I'd lost
I didn't think anyone would notice. Plus I'm only 1lb up today, I was 2lb up yesterday and then I had chips so expected to gain another 1lb but instead I've lost 1lb of bloat.
As for estimating takeaway calories I don't really I've only had 2 takeaways including yesterday but I've had other meals out. I think as long as you're not eating out/fast food multiple times a week and are a little more sensible about what you're choosing it doesn't matter too much. If I eat out for lunch I will have a slice of toast for breakfast, enjoy my meal out then if I'm not hungry at teatime which I'm generally not I will skip tea and have a cuppa and jaffa cakes later. That way I don't really go too much over and it probably all evens out throughout the week as I'm usually 100 calories under my allowance almost every day anyway. Before I'd have breakfast, have lunch out and still eat tea even if I wasn't hungry just because it was teatime, now I realise if I've had something more substantial and I'm not hungry by the next mealtime I can skip it.
