And anyone else who wants to join in. The idea of this thread is a way to record weightloss, motivate each other, discuss which methods if any we are using to lose weight and give the occasional kick up the bum.

Right you lot. I was going to wait until new year to start this thread but I think that if I'm going to have my head in the right place to start, I need your help now. I haven't weighed yet I'll do that on the 1st but I think I probably have 2 1/2 stone to lose. Last time I had 3st to lose so I'm seeing that as a postitive.

So, are any of you still out there? Who'd like to join me? Xmas Grin

Well done ifandwhen.

2lbs on. I'm not surprised... But I've had a GREEDY week! hair we can sob together!!

eighty I'm like you, I overdo the exercise in the hope it will counteract the cake consumption! Need to seriously screw the nut...

Well done losers! I'm very proud of everyone!

Tober did you salt and roast the kale? It's so tasty and inoffensive, I can't understand how anyone could dislike? I'm counting the days 'til my next fix!!

Thanks for the blog support. It was my New Year Resolution, and I really want to keep it up!

Reastie · 20/01/2014 14:35

Yes, I too am Shock and Envy at katos bras. I have 3 bras that I alternate between at the minute, and about 20 that are too big. Of the 3 I wear, only one of them properly fits me Envy . I also think you have very glam hair. I might stop talking to you you are so gorgeous and glam Wink

Well done to losses, and kato easy on easy off.

TheOneWithTheHair · 20/01/2014 15:27

I beat you reastie. I have four and none of them fit! Please don't tell the bra intervention people . Grin

Oh, I do have an Agent Pravocateur set but they are for best.

Bad day today. I've had four hours broken sleep as I was working last night and I've had to fight the sugar craving unsuccessfully all day.

KatoPotato · 20/01/2014 15:47

I went a bit bra crazy after I was 'intervened' by the gurus! Got some bogof and some reduced but I'm a sucker for a colourful bra!!

InMySpareTime · 20/01/2014 17:32

I'm Envy of the bra collection too. I have one bra that sort of fits, one that's too big but comfy, and one with the underwires sticking outBlush.
I finally found a UK supplier of 26 back bras, and have one on order that should actually fit for a change then I'll buy their entire range

KatoPotato · 20/01/2014 17:39

I might do a special disco pants post soon!... And what if I got a munchy box... just for blogs sake yeah?

TheOneWithTheHair · 20/01/2014 17:41

Stay away from the Munchy box! It's a heart attack in a box!

I don't know why my autocorrect always capitalises Munchy box!

OP posts:
KatoPotato · 20/01/2014 17:51

haha!!

ifandwhen · 20/01/2014 18:04

Just had to google 'munchy box'. Wow.

From munchy box to kale smoothie pretty much covers the whole spectrum of possible foodstuffs eh?

TheOneWithTheHair · 20/01/2014 18:10

Hahahaha you're right, it probably does! I almost mentioned it earlier in the thread but I figured Kato didn't need reminding of our horror the first time we heard of them.

When I told dh that some from the old mm thread were back, he asked about Munchy Box, as he calls her. I think it reminds him, then he can google and drool. They don't sell them near me or I think he'd get one every week and call it his weekly food shop!! Grin

KatoPotato · 20/01/2014 20:13

Don't forget, the munchy box comes with a can of fizzy juice of your choice! I'm sure I told you about the time my sister came home from San Francisco and I presented her with a munchy box like Richard Gere in pretty woman!

TheOneWithTheHair · 20/01/2014 20:29

I don't remember that story. Did she love you forever!?!

KatoPotato · 20/01/2014 20:46

I swiftly shut her finger in it!

kato Sunday kale was stir fried with peas and leeks. Tonight I tried your ovenbaked with salt, I sooooo wanted to like it.... But I sooooo don't! Sad

ToeFluff · 21/01/2014 09:09

Right then guys, I've just got the mn app so I can keep up with u lot! I've missed loads!

2lb off this week ( I'm not touching the spreadsheet though) well done to everyone that lost, and chin up to everyone else, holiday season is on it's way so that's got to be a motivation kicker!

Just to join in I have about 9 bras, but only one fits properly and it's wire keeps popping out I put off buying them as my weight goes off boobs first so I'll be forever buying more or I'm just too lazy

Ive bought posh new scales that show the water and fat percentage.. If that's not a kick up the arse I don't know what will help!

ifandwhen · 21/01/2014 09:40

Well done Toe!

Definitely need a motivational kick here, am having to complete a big chunk of work in the next couple of weeks and for some reason it's making me extremely grumpy and wanting to sneak off behind my own back and snack - not sure why I want to sabotage myself, but there we are.

Oh well, back to it....

TheOneWithTheHair · 21/01/2014 09:54

Well done Toe.

Don't do it if! Get through the work and lose weight at the same time. Think how proud of yourself you'll be. It will also give you the best motivation in the world.

Tobermory · 21/01/2014 10:10

Well done Toe! Oooooh, tell me about your new scales. Ours are on their last legs but I'm being very indecisive about choosing new ones (last time we bought scales I was pregnant and not interested at all at what the numbers said!)

I had to google munchy boxes....Shock

if stay strong! Drink lots of water or brush your teeth so u dont want to eat anything coz it will taste funny!

They are salter scales, u have to program your sex and height in then when you weigh yourself it shows your weight, then your body fat and water percentage, very snazzy if u ask me! Grin Only thing is I've thrown away the instructions and can't work out which it fat and which is water...

TheOneWithTheHair · 21/01/2014 11:16

Grin have you tried google? You can usually find the instructions for most things!!
