ninja that brill :) have to say i LOVE my carbs like pasta and rice, they keep me full - i tend to avoid bread tho,esp as so high syns on sw :(

im working from 2.30 - 8.30pm and then 9pm-7am today/tonight and trying to plan my meals so i actually have time to eat them
