That's it really. Today is day 1 and I feel I could do with a bit of moral support from other VLCDieters.

The only acid I've heard is a no no is citric acid so that should be fine Smile

Morning wannabe, I'm fine today thanks. I always keep a bottle of water with me and find that I'm swigging from it all the time. If I had to conciously go and get a glass of water I'm sure I would drink a lot less.

Hi lardbean, I keep a water bottle as well and love to drink too, but as I said before at work it's hard for me to visit toilets again and again.Then my work colleagues start looking at me in a weird way : ( its nice to hear that ur feeling ok now, Well done.I think my ketosis start kicking in again that's why I feel terrible.

I'm in ketosis already, I feel great. I'm so glad I made the decision to start exante. The site minimins really keeps me focused aswell.

I thought I would struggle with the water but I'm keeping a small bottle in the fridge at all times and I love a glass of cold water.

Are you doing much exercise ? I really want to join a gym but not really got the confidence at the mo.

Hi guys, I walk to work everyday 40 mins+walk my dogs as well in the evenings.Nothing else to be honest not even thinking about something else.I feel knocked out at bed time anyways.just got back from work and really hungry now.Thinking to eat something.I had my surgery in July so can't do much of the exercise :( I m thinking to be 100% good this week ;-)

You can do it wanabefit :) Just been reading through the thread and noticed you had some red wine. From what I remember is can be dangerous to drink alcohol when dong a VLC diet. How much do you ladies want to lose?

Thanks Timeforanewname, I don't know how much to be honest. I just want to be fit and healthy.I was in and out of the hospital nearly for whole year, that's why i want to lose some that I piled up cause of my sickness. All i want to be is healthy and fit for my kids.

Hi wannabe, so far I've just been having small salads with tuna, chicken or crayfish. I know this doesn't help you as a vegan though. I use www.calorieking.com to check the cal/carb content of everything to make sure its under 200cals in total and around 5g of carbs
Do you eat tofu or Quorn? You could maybe do a small stirfry with a dash of soy sauce instead of sauce. it might not sound that appetising but the texture of the veg would make a welcome change to shakes!

Hi there, thanks for all that support.I think cycling is best exercise.You go to gym or u have ur own equipment? I m thinking to walk my dogs now cause its nice day out there, I don't wanna stay indoors on my dayoff.Then it will be more visits to kitchen and fridgeWink cause I love to break rules. Grin

I can't stop picking at food today Sad I'm hoping its a temporary blip due to looming TOTM. Luckily I've managed to stick to the odd carrot stick and a bit of ham so hopefuly it won't be to hard on the scales tomorrow
