This is a thread for those who are pig sick of over eating and binging and have decided enough is enough.

There will be no excuses on this thread...no 'oh but I was due my period' or 'oh but it was left over so I finished it' etc

IF you need to have a nice meal as part of a celebration DO IT but no more excuses - have the meal and move on.

This is a thread for the brave.....this is a thread for the serious. Join at your peril.....

Monday mornings are weigh in - so that we cannot binge on the weekends. I am deliberately being hard on myself and if you want to do it to please join. Even if someone wafts wine and banoffee pie under my nose I will not have it - even if the world is going to end I WILL NOT HAVE IT

Oh and drink some wine and eat some choc while you still can because on Monday you will be in hell Angry

Tortoise I came on because I am really struggling tonight as well. I've exercised, had a bath and I could really dive into DS's sweets right now or the massive block of cheese in the fridge. I am just going to go to bed and try to dream about OH turning into cake again

Goonatic Tinned fruit might work for breakfast. Will have to give it a try. Can eat yogurts but not in the morning.
All happened since having my gall bladder out a few years ago. I used to love cereal with milk.

Off to bed now. I'm really hungry. But i know what i'm like, if i give in and have a snack now i will want more and more so no snacking!

Morning all. Thank F it's friday. Cereal eaten, soup packed, small portion of lamb mince in fridge for dinner later. All good.
I can really feel that gin and tonic from last night tho - it was quite a big one :( I feel quite nauseous. So I am going to say no booze sun-fri whatsoever. Just checking in anyway. Have a good day, all.

Morning everyone. Did well yesterday avoIding the biscuits, hope it carries on Grin. I was so tempted to weigh in this morning but I had a bit more for dinner last night than I usually had so didn't want to be disappointed. This dieting lark is a bit tedious isn't it, sigh.

Tortoise well done You stared the hunger down and saw it through. Keep it up and prove to yourself and your boyfriend that YOU CAN DO IT

Now...we are on on FRIDAY woohoo The temptation will be to binge. It is my big night out tonight so am being extra good all day. The trouble will come from reigning it back for Saturday and Sunday.

WEEKENDS ARE HARDER THAN EVER. Keep your heads down everyone and soldier on the best you can.

I know we are struggling sometimes but it will make the victory oh so much sweeter.

Morning.
Had a bad night with cough.

Had 2 special k bars for breakfast. Woke up starving lol but I'm really glad I didn't cave in.

Tonight will be hard. Usually treat night for DDs and I because DS1 and DS2 go to their dads at 5pm until 5pm Saturday. No share bags of sweets and chocolate tonight. Might get them a bar each then there's no temptation for me.

Hoping for a good day today. Tempted to weigh myself but can't face the disappointment if there is no loss yet!

Morning! Today is my day off and I've had a lie in. Planning on a fruit smoothie for breakfast to use the very ripe fruit up before we go camping... Food this weekend isn't likely to be great but ill snack on fruit and eat smaller portions. Sharing a bed with DS so won't be drinking much

Morning. Had a sneaky weigh-in this morning and I was EXACTLY THE SAME as on Monday SadBlush. I'll do a pre-breakfast weigh-in tomorrow as my Monday substitute and see if that makes a difference.

Bit disappointed, although I suppose it hasn't been a full week yet. I queried earlier in the week if I was feeling less hungry because I was getting used to it or because I was eating more than I thought. Possibly it's the latter. Or possibly it's because I'm expecting AF (or a BFP).

On holiday next week so that's going to be a challenge. If I can just stay the same that week I'll be happy.

Dealing with a snotty toddler today. Following her round the house wiping up the slug trails she leaves in her wake. Glamorous life...

First valuable lesson learned. Swapping toast and coffee for a smoothie makes a stressed caffeine free mummy who accepts cake... Situation remedied by 2 mugs of coffee and a self telling off.

Seems I need a good hearty breakfast in the morning to curb snacking...

I feel I need to step in here.....
Carrot Your body is having a PROTEST....it is trying to get you to eat more. YOU DO NOT NEGOTIATE WITH TERRORISTS. Sometimes our bodies mutiny against us - they don't like the new food and will let you know. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE UP. You may not see a huge loss this week etc BUT by week 3 you should see a significant loss because your body will give up and start burning fat. Do your best on hols and then really crack down again....

resi Toast and coffee is fine....now you know what you have to do in the morning.
tshiff Very tedious...but we will face it out. Hunger and boring food is generally the way it has to be for now....

I've had a can of veg soup and a banana for lunch. Next time i think i will have half a can. Maybe stomach shrinking already! Normal eat a whole can easily, today i was getting full after just over half.

Youcan Choose the outfit you like the most and then remember you are making changes to never feel like this again over an outfit. Soon you will be able to choose lovely well fitting clothes and feel fab in them Smile

Ive walked into the kitchen twice now, opened cupboards, looked at snacks in there, closed the cupboard door and walked out again. Grin
This is the strongest ive stayed for so long. It's bloody hard though!

youcan this IS week 3 for me! But I lost 2 lb each week the previous 2 weeks so given a 1-2lb loss is supposed to be sustainable in the long term, it evens out ok. But lol at terrorists too Grin

Giving up food AND caffeine is dangerous, resi. One thing at a time!

I keep rubbing my belly and discover its still there (this is only day 2 for me, but seems way longer!!) I feel like its going to take forever.

Well, at least the jumping around and pedalling like a loon is doing something, I went down a notch on my belt this morning :) I've been kinda hovering in the middle of 2 notches for a while but can now do the smaller one without muffin-topping all over the place :)

I just caught sight of my @rse in the mirror in the work loos. My mirror at home is a 'flattering' one so I always get a shock at work. While I definitely feel better I certainly don't look it. Or perhaps I can blame these trousers...

Got into two size 18 dresses today. A gorgeous red sleeveless with a collar, linen type material and a black wrap around type as am going to two, yes two writes this weekend!!!!! Just have to decide which to wear where.

Had cooked sliced chicken, mixed salad leaves, carrot, a sprinkle of cheese and a squirt or two of salad cream for tea. Pot of jelly and half can of orange segments in juice for pud while DDs ate chocolate!

Been for 2 mile dog walk again tonight. My legs are achey!
