Hi all, I'm on IPD and was doing great- down about a stone in 3 weeks! Anyway, I started doing this to lose weight for a family wedding which was this weekend.
Had a lovely time at wedding, and actually did well enough, only sin was small piece of cheesecake, and drank vod & sod.
Unfortunately and embarrassingly I got really drunk very quickly
and next day I was very hungover. For sheer survival, I HAD to eat lots of toast, chips & sugar
When I weighed myself this morning I'd put on 6 lbs!!! Please tell me this is just water weight and will come off again now I'm back on track!!! If I've undone weeks of effort in 2 days, I will be very pissed off....
