I think I might invent something like a drink that fills us up so we won't to eat more than 3 small and healthy meals a day. - I can see myself now on dragons den, it really would take off wouldn't it. I'm in! Grin now where's the guar gum

I weighed in at 12st 13lbs this week so another half a pound off, it is so cold at the moment I feel like hibernating, have been filling myself up with lovely warm soups.

Just think if last year is anything to go by, we'll have a heat wave next monthGrin, so much easier to lose weight in the hot weatherSmile.

Another 1lb off this week so am now 12st 12lbs, I would like to lose another 2lbs by the end of February then that will be half a stone so far this yearSmile.

Abother 0.8kg this week. I don't think I have ever had such consistent weight loss. I put it down to my Personal Trainer and increased exercise.

Got call from drs. The blood tests I ad done showed quite high glucose. Going back Monday for fasting blood test. Hope its nothing.
Food wise not doing well as usual.

Hope they find something they can easily sort out so you feel better, Tortoise. I have not had a good week so far, but hoping that keeping up the exercise will mean I still show a loss tomorrow.

Im giving up crisps and chocolate for lent! I did well last year even though I didn't see it through to the end.

Good plan tortoise!

I've been calorie counting this week! - well a change is as good as a rest.

I'm on 1500 cals a day which is not too bad - although admittedly me pancakes haven't been input today. But fingers crossed I can get some pace up with weight loss. I figured it better to lose anything with 1500 cals than struggle with any less intake.

I went for a lovely walk this morning for about 45 mins in the sunshine , so hopefully that will help

I lost 0.6kg this week - proud as I am a terrible bit of a comfort eater and I had a stressful week, including 3 days when I had no control over the types of food I ate.

I've got an app that weighs in kilos but point 6 doesn't sound as good as 1.322773573 lbs Grin

I'm doing ok I've been trying to stick with 1500 cals which is relatively easy really and allows you to eat quite a bit. I still have enough left over to have a couple of custard creams (nibbled rather than scoffed) of an evening with some hot choc.

how are you tortoise what happened with the test results?

Have not done well over the last couple of weeks, forgot on purpose to weigh myself last week, so am facing up to it now. Have put on 3lbs so am now back in the 13st range at 13st 1lb.

Blood test results were normal. So that's good.
Doing well with not eating chocolate or crisps. Had some sweets over the weekend but not chocolate!
Bad head today so don't feel like eating. Also period mid cycle which is odd but then again, I missed 2 months! Hopefully if I can lose weight my body will stop all the odd goings on lol! Grin

Chin up small. You've done well upto now so I know you can get back on track.Smile

Well, I was gob-smacked when I weighed this week. Apparently I have lost 1.6kgs! THis means a total of 9kgs altogether.

Very relieved furball. I'm not actually missing crisps or choc so far. Very strange and I've started drinking the occasional cup of tea. I haven't drunk tea for about 8 yrs!

Last weighed myself at 15st 15. Thought I had put it on here but can't find it.
Anyway, weighed myself this morning and I'm back down to 15st 8. So is that half a stone loss? Shock Good incentive to keep not eating crisps or chocolate!
