Wow well done.

I feel huge tonight. Keep getting aching pressure sort of feeling under ribs. Think I will book doctors appointment tomorrow find out what the hell is wrong with me or if I'm just too fat!

cardibach · 10/01/2012 20:52

MrsSalvatore I like zumba too, but there is too much twisting fro my dodgy knee. I hope that when I have lost some weight it will be able to cope and I will be able to go back.

MrsSalvatore · 10/01/2012 21:47

thing i like most with zumba is that u can go at your own pace - my instructor moved away so i do it on my own on the wii now i absolutely love it and have got into a routine of doing it everyday and i miss it if i dont

Tortoise · 10/01/2012 22:24

Is zumba on Wii good? I can't get to classes as no one to look after dc.

Tortoise · 11/01/2012 09:49

MrsS That doesn't sound like enough food to me.

Had 2 bananas today.
Few chips for tea as we are seriously low on food and no money until tomorrow!
Just ate 3 jaffa cakes Blush

cardibach · 11/01/2012 21:03

I had banana sandwich with wholemeal bread for breakfast, fruit snacks mid morning, homemade butternut squash and roasted pepper soup for lunch, more fruit, and baked potato with beans and a bit of cheese for tea. SW green day for a change. Have had my syns as chocolate. Bloody lovely. I went to my Personal Training session today and it was a reall killer. Just want to sleep now, but not looking for ward to the aches tomorrow.

Tortoise · 11/01/2012 22:16

I love banana sandwiches Grin. I'm going to buy different bread tomorrow see if that agrees with me better than white. Will have to be the best of both bread though! Not ready to go full on brown and kids wouldn't be impressed either.

Had 2 packets of crisps tonight Blush

Furball · 12/01/2012 06:50

Tortoise - Mr ds will tolerate Kingsmill tasty wholemeal although he is a white bread boy at heart. But that one is still quite soft and digestible, - some are tough going.

Today will be:-

1 oz of sultana bran and banana

lunch will be Covent Garden Minestrone soup - no tiger bread for me though!

and tea well, tea isn't on the list Confused - Thursdays I usually eat out lunchtime so I left it open to accommodate. Dh and ds are having cornish pasties so there's no way I can have those. Will probably have jacket, salad and pineapple cottage cheese. (although for those who know sw I still need anoter HE 2)

Big bag of mars planets Blush
Soup and bob bread for tea.

Tortoise · 14/01/2012 09:41

Can't remember if I left pj trousers on last time I weighed myself I know I did the times before. If I didn't I've stayed same weight if I did then I have gained 2lb again Hmm

Furball · 14/01/2012 12:01

Luckily your off to the docs on Monday tortoise - so should at least get you on the right road to helping you. Smile

Don't forget to take your food diary, so he can see exactly whats what.

I'm doing ok, went to a friends last night and point blankly refused any snacks and nibbles - I knew if I have just one, I would finish the lot and it was OK, I was fine.

Today I had my sultana bran and a banana. Lunch = cooked breakfast and tea = out, but I shall probably have either steak and salad or veg risotto. Strictly no pudding.

Thursday I went for about 3-4 mile walk but haven't done anything else - I will try and do a 2 mile walk this arvo seeing as the weather is so beautiful.
