I have decided to change my wi day to Monday for next week, I need a straight 7 days of being good to break the 12 stone barrier (again!).

I have an interview at my dc's school on Thursday for lunchtime supervisor, would suit me very well, fingers crossed.

Just made some BNS & tomato soup. Shall have some for dinner while DH & DD have a hm chicken curry!

DD has drawn over our living room walls in black pen! (Don't know where she found it!) Can't get it off, DH is going to go mental! Think we'll have to repaint the whole room over the summer! Not impressed, thank God it's only a very small room!

Tried baby wipes...didn't work & don't have any hairspray! Tried some Flash as well & some fairy liquid in water...can still see the marks! There is an area of wall that nees some DIY attention anyway, so I guess we will just have to do the whole room rather than just that bit! Will be buying 'endurance' paint next time though!

Yes tis Matt paint. But it's not felt tip, it was a Berol handwriting pen, don't even know where she found it! So angry with her today. She shredded a loo roll all over the rug & has also ripped her red nose day nose in 2...I only bought it this morning! She's still wailing because it's broken & I can't fix it!!

Fed up with her naughtiness of late. I'd like to think it was just toddlery pushing boundaries but she's quite bright & she deinitely knows that alot of what she does is naughty, and often tries to cover it up...and blames it on her toy elephant & also on her 'friends' (Pirate, Father Christmas & Patrick )

Ooh good luck with the interview Trimmer that's what I'm doing at the moment, have been for the last 3 months & I love it.

Stayed the same last week but only by the skin of my teeth, am trying really hard this week, I only have 1.5lbs to go to get back to my pre Christmas weight, then 5lbs to get back to my pre summer holidays weight.

Blondes - yes, Rob won £1000, lucky him. I'm a bit if there's only 2 weeks left that's not enough time to end up a slimmie.

all I can think of is that next week is the last week in the house, then they send them all off for a few weeks before weigh in? last week's episode had Fri 22nd October on their website when Rob was being shown by Ange, so maybe they have 6 weeks at home before the big reveal? not going to be mega slimmies like the American ones though are they?

I have done ok today. have an addiction to fresh fish, with salad. worse things to be addicted to though!!

Not been on for a wee while: not had a good week :(

DH's dad was dignosed with terminal lung cancer before Christmas (had some radiotherapy but no prognosis) :( - and last week GP said she would be surprised if he lasted a month :(:(

Both dh and I have been comfort eating - so I am not going to even post my weight for last Friday but hopefully I'll have managed to redress the worst of the damage by this Fridau

Anyway, I'm back on to FoodFocus and focusing again. I have a Ball to go to at the end of the month and I have a lovely Nicole Farhi dress (black velvet, ballerina length) that I want to wear.....

.....but I need to lose a good few pounds yet. I actually managed to get it on today - it is cut on the bias and button up the front (from only just below the crotch, but it is so well cut, I never feel like I am expsoing too much leg) - but the buttons are straining so much you can see the flesh behind the gaps - and I had to really squeeze my boobs in so it was like a bodice ripper corset with them bulging up over the top

But getting it on was an advance on previous attempts

Lots of walking/running/The Shred/fasting to be done over the next 2+ weeks :)

smalline thank you for that, hope I will be prepared! I am hoping that as I've been volunteering since dd started reception, shown willing and been told I'm good with the children that I'm in with a chance. There were a high volume of application forms received for the job apparently.

I have been very busy with bloody housework today as there are some people coming for a second viewing this afternoon. I still have to tidy/clean upstairs so must get off mn! Have a good day all
