Ooooh marbles!! That's a great idea! She doesn't like sticker charts (gets v upset when the stickers are stuck! Hmm) Shall also make her put the dirty in the washing machine, just really starting to get frustrated! She's just this week started asking to go for a wee without being prompted. And hasn't had a wet accident in ages!

I'm feeling so rough at the moment I'm finding it really hard trying to stay calm Blush Burst into tears today, which I'm sure didn't help but I just couldn't stop myself!

This cold is evil, I genuinely haven't felt this bad in a long time. Plus it's making me crave carbs! :(

Blondeshavemorefun · 15/03/2011 20:53

Indeed praise the good and ignore the bad :)

Negative attention and all that

Yes tbl USA is on tonight

I've been watching tbl uk old series and having conversations by myself on tbl thread :(

All alone and ignored I was :(

RatherBeOnThePiste · 15/03/2011 20:55

It is frustrating for sure.

I binned pooey pants. We bought dead cheap ones for that time.

How lazy was I in those days??!!

bebejones · 15/03/2011 21:23

We have Peppa Pig pants in the hope that she wouldn't want to poo on Peppa....no such luck!

I shall endeavour...at least we have had some poo successes! Hmm Some is better than none right? And at least she doesn't wee her pants anymore! She even asked to go when we were out at the weekend in the garden centre! Was SO proud! :o

Anyway, enough potty talk! Wink

Blondeshavemorefun · 15/03/2011 22:00

Visual is good so everytime she poos in toilet then give her a marble - make sure a small jar

When full then have a treat

Babs adores peppa pig - thinking about going to peppa world

Bebe. Sorry you are feeling so rough and ((hugs)) for having a sniffle

bebejones · 16/03/2011 08:52

At the moment she is getting a small 'matchbox' type car for poos in the toilet! When we run out of those will switch to marbles so she only gets a treat with a full jar, need to find somewhere locally to get some.

I feel God awful today. Getting worse. I just had 2 pieces of toast with marmite & peanut butter. I fully expect to gain on Friday. :(

Want to take DD to Peppa world, she would love it. It's a trek though, so might have to be a Birthday treat.

Smalline · 16/03/2011 10:26

Sorry to hear you're not feeling well Bebe am just getting over a nasty cold type bug myself, thought it was one of those that I could just shrug off but it wasn't, lost my appetite and felt rough for a few days, spent Saturday in bed, then started to feel better each day after that, more or less recovered nowGrin.

Welcome back Murtette

Potty training, that brings back some memories, think I got off lightly with my twoSmile.

bebejones · 16/03/2011 11:30

Wish I'd lost my appetite, I just want to eat!

bebejones · 16/03/2011 13:11

I can't stop grazing!

Just had for 'lunch'

3 pretzels, 3/4 of an apple (I always have to share!) a lf yoghurt & 1/2 a piece (about 1" square) of hm 'healthier' flapjack! Felt like loads, but written down doesn't seem too bad Hmm

Going to attempt to go out in a bit & walk to Tesco...I neeeeeeeed drugs!!!! Will pop into chemist & get some Night Nurse so that I might actually get some sleep instead of coughing my lungs up all night! :( I HATE being ill, plus I know I'm around the time that typically I would relapse (9months since last one) and I'm terrified that a nasty bug could push my immune system into overdrive! :(

Feel like I'm wallowing so hoping some fresh air will help. Hmm

Oh and DD wee'd on the living room rug, first 'accident' in ages, and 45mins ealier she had asked to go, and been! Just really not feeling able to 'cope' and being a crap, shouty mummy which isn't helping! :(

Blondeshavemorefun · 16/03/2011 13:53

bebe you are not a crap mum, everyone shouts at times , and you are feeling ill, so totally understandable ((hug))

tbh your grazing doesnt sound that bad, so be easy on yourself

ive been good

'preens halo'

had coffee am at ours and brought choco biscuits for all, but i had fruit :)

then tuna on a jacket and salad

not sure about tea, possibly lasagne and veg

bebejones · 16/03/2011 15:00

Damn it!! Pharmacist wasn't there so now have to go back later to get Night Nurse coz they can't sell it if the pharmacist isn't on the premises! Hmm

You have been angelic Blondes!

I have no idea what we are going to have for dinner, I just CBA. Don't really feel like eating! Maybe Quorn burgers & chips for DH & DD & soup for me! Doubt DH will want anything much, he has the lurgy too! :(

smokinaces · 16/03/2011 18:55

Hope you got your night nurse Bebe. Being ill sucks - mine is finally over with, but I only seem to go a week without a snotty nose at the moment so no doubt its lurking.

I've been in a picky mood, and fell over at work and jarred my back/hip so cant exercise. But scales look like I might get away with a sts or 1lb gain on Friday which would be ok considering the chinese/cake/biscuits I have munched.

Been good today though. Quorn lasagne with salad for tea which was really yum. Catching up with USA Biggest Loser tonight and an early night.

Blondeshavemorefun · 16/03/2011 20:08

'removes halo'

i ate 2 garlic bread with dc tea Blush

bebejones · 16/03/2011 20:22

DH brought home T/A pizza! Blush Ooooops! Oh and ice cream (medicinal for my poorly sore throat! Wink) Definitely going to be a gain on Friday, I can sense it! (And so can my jeans!!)

smokinaces · 16/03/2011 20:28

Mines slipped too Blondes. Tea, toast and biscuits.

bugger.

looks like a gain this week then.

smokinaces · 16/03/2011 20:30

ooops Blush looks like we're all in with a chance of a gain this week then?!!

Blondeshavemorefun · 16/03/2011 21:19

dont wanna gain :(

but after my pizza blip and fish fingers and 1/2 bar of choc i desreve deserve to

though i am just in my weekies and i dont count my exercise,so i shouldnt gain iyswim

bebejones · 17/03/2011 08:49

Yesterday was plain awful! So picky then bad dinner. DD was a royal PITA from about 4pm & then had a screaming hissy fit before bed (coz I wouldn't let her get her play tunnel out) and screamed until she was sick everywhere! The child is driving me to carbs & chocolate at the moment! Wink Oh and she pooed in her knickers again after we had sat her on the toilet twice to try (we knew she needed to go). So fed up, and having the cold from hell is not helping! :(

I might just have to write this week off & focus again when I'm feeling better. :(

Blondeshavemorefun · 17/03/2011 12:58

aww bebe sorry you are having a bad time at the moment :(

it will get better, i promise, and indeed write off this week

as i said im just within my weekies, but know i wont lose as i cant if eat all/nearly all of the 49 and its not fair :(

our pt is going quite well, do have wet knickers, but had a wee on potty today, and her face lit up and said i get chocolate and indeed she did

another poo on the potty as well :)

as someone on my fb said, brown stuff for brown stuff Grin

bebejones · 17/03/2011 13:04

Envy at poo on potty!!! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrghh! She said last night she was scared Hmm Not sure of what?! But she did give me alot of praise for my...erm... efforts, this morning! Blush I even got a 'special treat' and she was 'very proud' of me!! So she does know what is expected, and knows she will be rewarded. Just fed up of pooey knickers!

We shall start again next week Blondes!

I have just been reasonably good. 2 pretzels, some hm Broccoli Quiche (Not that healthy but hey ho!) & a big bowl of berry fruit salad, with a passionfruit & a dollop of fat free fromage frais! Yum!

Making chilli & pittas for dinner.

Off out into the garden to plat my peas & carrots into their big pots! :)

Blondeshavemorefun · 17/03/2011 13:25

you are an earth mother bebe Envy

the poo's in potty will get there

do you bribe?

babs is so chuffed when gets choccy buttons

bebejones · 17/03/2011 15:31

Yes I bribe, bribery is my best friend! :o Doesn't appear to be working for poos though. She knows she will be rewarded but she says she doesn't want her 'treat'! Hmm She'd rather poo in her pants!!

In a picking mood again! Think it's a cold/boredom combination!

RatherBeOnThePiste · 17/03/2011 17:37

Amazingly and happily ( for us ) the Japanese branch of our family are coming to stay with us for a bit until everything settles. The risks from radiation, combined with extensive power cuts, lack of food, fuel, continued significant aftershocks, risk of further big earthquakes etc has tipped them over the edge. You know lots of things pale into insignificance don't they? I was stressing about DS's maths, but yet my 6 year old nephews are having to leave their home because it is not safe for them to be there. Sad That's their home

I will be glad when they are en route, they are getting tickets asap, but couldn't get them today as all internet was down. Then they will have to get to the airport and there is distinct lack of transportation, but they will get there.

But big yaay and big phew !

Blondeshavemorefun · 17/03/2011 17:57

piste fab news

bebe then go the other way and start taking away treats

obv make sure its something that doesnt bother you, ie dont ban seeing her friend if you want to see the mum lol

'whispers'

we had another poo on the potty and a wee :)

bebejones · 17/03/2011 18:34

She's doing it for attention, I'm fairly certain. She wet herself on purpose earlier (I'd just asked her if she wanted to go) and then did it when I was in the toilet, laughing saying 'not an accident mummy'! Hmm She's been quite badly behaved all day today. Sure sign she's feeling a bit better!

Piste - Brilliant news that they will be with you and safe. Sad that they will be leaving their home, albeit temporary.
