The only thing I can think to do to counteract the golden dose disappearing is to extend days between doses. So taking a dose every 9 days instead of every 7 does give a pen that lasts 5 weeks but I know it’s not anywhere near the same as extra in the pen. And obvs won’t work for everyone but it’s just an idea for those who it might work for

BabyCatFace · 30/09/2025 03:43

Itscoldouthere · 29/09/2025 08:33

@BabyCatFace thats the offer price, available till 1/10.
I think standard price is £325 for 15mg but can’t help but think Oushk will either keep doing offers or reduce the price as they are aware people are now price shopping and they aren’t as competitive as they used the be.
You can sign up for emails if you want to know when offers are on.

Thanks. Yeah, I can't see why anyone would stay with Oushk if they are charging £50+ more per pen than other sites.

The cynic in me says they have set their prices high so they can offer 'discounts' without impacting their profits

It's a strange approach though - not many people will buy at full price and it will put off new customers who assume the £320 is the actual price.

FurForksSake · 30/09/2025 20:25

It’ll be people like me that have a fairly low bmi and like that they’ll keep me on. I’ve bought when they are on offer and have a stock pile as two pens I bought in August just turned up and I bought one for November when they last did an offer.

NewLifter · 30/09/2025 21:09

I ordered 2 more pens with oushk, utilising the offer and delayed the delivery. I'm debating ordering another and further delaying the delivery but I hate stockpiling. I already have 3 pens (minus one dose) with 2 more arriving early November 😬 but this is a great offer and I want to stock up whilst we still get the 5 doses. I wish we knew when that will change.

MummyInTheNecropolis · 30/09/2025 21:11

I switched providers this month and went with medicine marketplace as they were one of the lowest priced with no offer codes or anything. I paid £239 for 10mg with free delivery. They’ve been great so far, I ordered on Friday, sent my photos etc. through on Saturday, was approved yesterday and order arrived today, well packed and still cold, the ice pack was still frozen. Think I’ll stick with them from now on. I’ve previously ordered from MedExpress (fine), IQ doctor (awful), and Dr. Frank’s (ok but took ages to arrive).

@WeAllHaveWings
It's an amazing offer - i ordered a 2.5mg for £112.01 incl the penny for delivery, £25 discount for maintenance and £13 in loyalty points which is less than I was paying before the price rises! I've put delivery for end November as I've got stock for several months due to microdosing at 1.25mg. For all the criticism of Oushk, no one can criticise their willingness to give a refund, so fair dos to them.

If the aim was to stop customers leaving for other prescribers, it's worked for me 😅

I have always ordered from Oushk but not had any emails recently. When price hike was announced I got in quickly and ordered 3 pens. No idea about maintenance codes and discounts anymore 😕 Guess I need to email them?

Do you have to pay to be on all maintenance plans now? I looked at the website and I couldn't understand it! Been with them for a year but not ordered recently

When you say that you have 'Been with them for a year but not ordered recently', how do you mean exactly?

Presumably you simply mean that you ordered a pen from them a year ago and then moved on to other suppliers? I am not clear how that makes you 'with them'.

NotPerfectlyAdverage · 01/10/2025 07:56

I tried to tell Juniper I had a stockpile and could I delay my order until January 26. But I had a bot reply so I got a non answer. I have replied to the bot again. I wonder if it's easier to just cancel? I honestly don't need another pen

Sorry I didn't make it clear. I have ordered a pen every month since September 24. I was on maintenance with them and got codes. Then with price rise panic in August they stopped the codes. I was allowed to order 3 pens before price rise, so I have pens to last me until December. I was looking at website because current offer was 1p for p&p. When I looked at maintenance packages it looked as if they were charging to be on each type of maintenance then you could have £25 off each pen. I have emailed them to check what state of play is for maintenance but I imagine it might take a few days to get a reply.
I thought I would ask on here as I thought there might be someone who can help.
I hope that makes more sense.

FurForksSake · 01/10/2025 11:34

I saw a thing where Hira was saying they were announcing new maintenance plans but not what they were.

Fromthesidelines · 01/10/2025 11:53

@Azuresky68 I'm in a similar position to you having got the 3 pen bundle but decided to go for the offer. My account showed i had no current or previous maintenance plans despite being on conti since April. It wasn't easy to find out how to sign up for a maintenance plan but found it and had to pay £5 to go back on conti. It doesn't say whether this is a one off or if you have to keep doing it but the order delivery date was end of November so wonder if it is every 3 months? Flexi is £15 but not sure again how often. It took a day to be approved and then I could order with the £25 discount already applied. Although the email said you coukd use other codes, maintenance codes supposedly valid for 3 months from August did not work, nor the code listed on monj for returning customers.
To be honest, I'm finding Oushk too confusing and hard work so considering switching.

KrankyKumquat · 01/10/2025 12:04

You definitely only pay the £5 once, just to get on the new versions of the plans (bit of a racket, if you ask me, but worth it to get the 1p offer plus £25 off this time). After that, you don't need to do anything except the 6monthly weight verifications, to get the £25 off (no codes needed) but annoyingly, you do need to email to get a special code to get the discount off each pen if you buy more than 1 pen at a time. You just have to redo a shorter version of the plan form to get another discounted 3 pens (and the usual consult form), within 6 months. It's obviously been done to manage the number of maintenance video consults as you now never need to have one, even when you start as there's supposedly a paper review of your form.
It does feel very overly complicated but hopefully will be worthwhile price wise - I'm sensing they're suffering with patients leaving.

FurForksSake · 01/10/2025 12:22

Thanks, I’ve just paid my £5 for conti.

Thanks Kranky - I was looking this morning and was very confused.

Azuresky68 · 01/10/2025 15:03

Just looked at ordering 7 5 pen from Oushk but it doesn't seem a great price 😕 this includes paying £5 for maintenance then 1 p postage ....might leave it in my basket?

@Azuresky68try Pharmulous or Medicine Marketplace

TheSlimmingPumpkin · 01/10/2025 15:37

I used them recently as with the cheap postage, my Oushk points and the discount the price was reasonable. Not the cheapest though but a good way to get my ‘points’ out.

I get that they have invested a lot in the business etc but when pens cost so much that will impact loyalty sales. My 10mg pen is reduced from 279 to 259 plus points etc bought it down to the Pharmulous price.

so check Pharmulous @Azuresky68

KrankyKumquat · 01/10/2025 15:51

@Azuresky68
That's because you haven't got your £25 maintenance plan discount. You pay for your plan, that gets accepted, then you get discounted pens. So don't order both at the same time - wait to order till you get a message to say you've been accepted on maintenance.

Freecall · 01/10/2025 16:02

I think that makes sense because 10mg pens are listed on their website for standard purchase at £259. Presumably if one joins a maintenance plan then I imagine a discount will be applied off of that price.

FurForksSake · 01/10/2025 16:09

I’ve just had the email to say maintenance approved and I now have the discount until 1st April for three pens. I wonder if you pay another £5 you get another 3 discounts?

Fatmumslim01 · 01/10/2025 16:25

On the oushk website it says £100 monthly for maintenance...is this for 2.5?
