Tbh I can’t fault them. They have replied

they answered in a day when I joined them. They did say to have a lower pen which I do agree with as still losing weight and I want to maintain. Wanted a 10 and they gave me 7.5 but I do agree with them as lost nearly a stone more then I wanted to even eating 600c extra a day

and have just emailed saying cancelled

so happy I got a cheap pen with £75 off and my free scales. Tho they have their name on them so prob won’t use them 😂 esp as Make me 1.5lbs heavier then my scales

but they have been quick. Pen with me a day after they approved me

Double-check to see if you logged in with the same details as you used in the web login. That might be the problem?

I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy .
Their contact takes forever, the chat is useless, cant see if you order has been dispatched or anything.
Plus they dont read emails properly either.
I told them i would cancel as 5 days later i still have had no dispatch email.
Then they informed me , it had been dispatched today and …they had ask for it to go back to them and i would get a refund !!!

Been a nightmare all the way through for me anyway …and….i havent got a thing from them despite being,lied to many times about dispatch .
So now …no pen .
Fuming 🤬

Pleased to say Juniper have now confirmed the cancellation.
so I’m all set for the next few months. I’ll worry about “what next” when I get there!

I was also impressed by Juniper, fast service and hassle free. They suggested I have a lower pen as my BMI is below 25, I explained my goal and they agreed the pen I requested. Only took a couple of minutes sending messages, no waiting for a call.

I was going to cancel but there's an offer that brings the price down lower than I have seen elsewhere so I will have another pen from them before I cancel.

Finally got approved by juniper for 15mg despite having had my last prescription delivered mid June! Thanks for all who helped, now need to find the funds for next month 😭

my scales do exactly the same thing!! ha ha ha ... they look lovely but are enormous and give the wrong weight.. so..... yup not gonna use them.

Voy have confirmed their new prices which are lower for existing customers and can still use the referral discount so that could make it possible for me to continue, I think.

I'm still waiting on Bolt from the 14th for a 12.5mg pen. I'd cancel but it was £140 so in light of the price hikes I still want it.

Juniper still haven't dispatched either.

I'm exactly the same! Same strength and same date! Only thing that is annoying for me is that I was ordering at that discounted price but only noticed afterwards it had gone through at £175, messaged them right away but they said nothing they could do. Either way it's still cheaper than now.
I emailed them today to ask for an update but no answer as yet so I'm relieved to hear I am not alone!

I was hoping they would all get more stock on the 1st. Not sure what the excuse could be if it doesn't come by the end of this week

Just looked on Monj and Bolt was taken off for a while as no stock but it's back on there today with stock of the higher doses

Lotus have a bridging deal they emailed this morning. I’m not sure of the stock levels but 2x 10mg is £419. They haven’t released the new prices yet.

Actually my mistake, Lotus have the new prices at the bottom of their latest email. Will post below.
