Since you started your journey, how much have you lost and how’s it really feeling for you?

I’ve lost 34 lbs since January. I’ve felt well - a bit nauseated occasionally when I’ve not eaten or drank enough but very minimal.

SilenceInside · 12/08/2025 15:24

Since the start of July 2024, I have lost 131 pounds which is 9st 5lbs or 59.6kg. As you can probably imagine, it feels utterly amazing.

IReallyNeedThisToWork · 12/08/2025 15:28

120lbs since June ‘24. Bloody amazing thanks!

voiceofme · 12/08/2025 15:33

I’m 61 pounds lighter in 6 months. No calorie counting at all, just Mounjaro and a protein boost. Honestly, it’s been a breeze

9 months, 6 stone, feel amazing. Life changing stuff for me.

lunar1 · 12/08/2025 15:55

93lbs since October, and am now a healthy BMI.

usedtobeaylis · 12/08/2025 15:56

46lbs since February. Life changing.

Cismyfatarse · 12/08/2025 16:07

70lbs since January 2024. That was 8 months on Wegovy and then a swap to Monjaro. Holding steady now for 6 weeks.

Wildly · 12/08/2025 16:35

I've lost 6st 7lbs in 25 weeks and 3 days. I have another 2st 7lbs to go.

It's been hard. Not as hard as dieting without Mounjaro but I have had to put in the work. I've never really had any appetite suppression and I still think about food all the time and deal with cravings a lot. I do get fuller quicker (most of the time) and it has been easier to reduce my portion sizes but I can still overeat. I still get the urge to binge eat, too.

The sad thing is I can't really see a difference in my body when I look in the mirror. Logically I know I am smaller but I can't see it and I don't feel it.

lemoncrisp · 12/08/2025 16:37

Over 2 stone since Feb. 12stone down to 9stone 10. Taking 7.5mg mounjaro.

TheyCallMeStacey · 12/08/2025 17:07

16kg in 16 weeks. Have felt pretty good, some headaches and dizziness in the first month, have to eat carefully as anything too rich makes me feel sick. Have had strong suppression and zero food/alcohol noise which is bliss. Hope to be on it long term to keep things in check. Haven’t gone above 3.75mg.

Billybingbong · 12/08/2025 18:21

51lb down since 4th April, another 100lb to go. It feels bloody amazing, I've dropped 3 dress sizes!

JustPinkFinch · 12/08/2025 19:20

9kg in 12 weeks (or 20lb).

Not a cat in hell's chance I could have done this without either MJ, or a period of extreme stress!

Tummelthecat · 12/08/2025 20:08

4 stone since the start of the year. Feel much better now.

AnneElliott · 12/08/2025 20:49

Almost 6 stone in 9 months. Best thing I’ve ever done. So much healthier and my asthma has pretty much gone.

HansHolbein · 12/08/2025 20:51

About 8st 4lbs. Been a breeze, easy really. No side effects. Just a new life.

HansHolbein · 12/08/2025 20:51

Started in October. On maintenance now.

Mrsmunchofmunchington · 12/08/2025 20:59

Eight and a half stones in a year.
I would like to lose another one and a half but not unhappy if I don’t.
I feel pleased of course.
I think I might need mounjaro for life or until it stops working.

MaryGreenhill · 12/08/2025 21:00

Someone l know has lost
11st 7Lbs since February 24 .
She's like a different person.
Her asthma has disappeared.

daffodilandtulip · 12/08/2025 21:04

June 2024 I was 13st 7 with a BMI of 36.9. I'm still on it but entering maintenance at 8st and BMI 21. So 5 and half stone loss. Physically I feel fantastic, so many obesity symptoms that were making me really quite ill, changed my life. Mentally I switch between feeling really proud and still feeling fat 🙈

Orangesandlemons77 · 12/08/2025 21:11

5 stone, in one year, from 16 to 11 stone. Still got 1.5 stone to go, but am here for the long haul. BMI 40 to 28 so far. Feeling better in the hot weather than I was last summer

slightlysmallerPoisonIvy · 12/08/2025 21:15

32lbs I'm on week 15 and it's feeling pretty damn great to be a little bit smaller but I have lots more to lose. Looking at the huge amounts some of you have lost is so inspiring! Well done to you all!

ChangingWeight · 12/08/2025 21:26

I lost 27kg. Here’s some photos😊

I used to be slim so I’m starting to feel like “old me” again. But I still have stubborn areas mainly on my thighs and arms and tummy. It’s a bit frustrating cause my BMI/weight is relatively low but changing my body composition is tough

PurpleCoo · 12/08/2025 21:30

I will have been on it 6 months on Thursday, so have taken 26 shots. I have lost 22.5kg so far. I am staying on a low dose, to ensure a slow and steady loss

Ruthietuthie · 12/08/2025 21:34

75 lbs in approximately 6 months. Maintaining since October 2024. It's one of the best things I have ever done.
I lost the weight without dieting, just following my hunger cues and ensuring that I ate (with protein first) at each meal.
