If you are 5'2 or thereabouts, what weight gets you into a size 16?

Curious to know as I haven't been a 16 since about the year 2000

5'2" and at 13st4lb I was a size 12-14 or a W30 in jeans. I reckon I'd have to be around 15st-16st to be a size 16. Apparently I'm made of lead 😅

Fascinating how much body shape comes into it though.

It amazes me how different these all are.

I've always been someone that 'weighs' a lot when comparing dress sizes and overall body shape to others.
I'm currently a 16 and weigh 15.5 stone and I'm 5'7. I'd like to get 2 stone off and back to 13.5 when I can then fit in a 12/14. That's my most comfortable weight but it's been a rough year and my weight has increased.

I always remember when I was in my 20s and a size 10 me and a friend were the same size and borrowed each others clothes yet I easily weighed maybe 3 stone on the scales more than her!

Crazy isn’t it. At the same height and at 12 stone my waist is 34”! And I consider myself to have an hourglass shape……I go in at the wast for sure!

About 50 pounds more than I am!

11st 5lbs size 16 bottom in next. I think I’ve lost and gained weight so many times that I basically have very little muscle mass.

Just got into M&S size 16 jeans and at 5’2” I weight 12st 7lbs . Lost 3 stone in 5 months and started at a tight 20. I’ve lost it all in my thighs and bottom- not waist or tummy unfortunately.!

I am 5’2 and was a 16 at about 14 stone - I have size 38 LL bust so it does skew things a little!

5'1" and 88 kg (so I think just under 14 stone) and 16-18 (16 in supermarket clothes, 18 in 'proper' places)

I've always run a bit dense though - heavier than I look.

I seem to remember being a solid 14 last time I was 78kg (hopefully be there again by Easter)

My dd is 5.2 she weighs 9 stone and is a size 10.

Such a range of weights for the sizing.
Im 5ft. I fit a 16 comfortable at between 13stone and 14 stone. Still in my 16s at 14st 9 but some 18s too.

5'3" and a size 16 weighing 13 stone

I’m 5.0 and 11 stone 7 pounds and size 18. I’m an apple shape.

Around 12st

I have put on a bit of weight over Xmas but 5ft 2 and 12 stone gets me into a 16 though not on the top as broad with big boobs so 18 more comfy have slim legs though and tiny wrist and ankles really funny shape want to get back down to 12 stone at least by the summer about 12 and a half at the moment really struggle to get to and stay at 12 stone

to add i seem to lose the majority of my weight on my arms and legs where I would like to lose it on my tummy and chest!!

11.5 stone. It’s my big waist though as I’m not hourglass, measure 14 everywhere else

Thanks everyone - it's incredible how sudden we all are even at the same height/size. I'm currently loosing on mounjaro so interested to gauge where I'm going clothes wise!
