Who will medexpress price match?

I’ve looked at the comparison site and medexpress is not the cheapest but I’m aware they don’t price match all providers. Anyone aware of which provider I can look at that they successfully had medexpress match?

I don’t think there’s providers they won’t match, but they will price match just suppliers’ regular price. If someone is running an offer / discount they won’t price match to that, only to a provider’s regular price. Hope this helps x

Thanks for replying. I sent a screenshot from Pillsorted, price without discounts etc and they said they don’t price match them:

‘We do not price match with pill sorted as they do not meet our terms and conditons.’

not sure what the ts and cs are!

Surely it's not about the specific provider, it's about the terms and conditions of their offer.

Email with screenshot. You can do it before purchasing and they will add a discount to your account. After purchasing you have 7 days and they will credit for future purchases. The difference plus £5 I believe

@MoleAndBadger It reads to me that they have an issue with pill sorted but could be wrong. Perhaps they are not a regulated provider. I just went with the cheapest on the comparison site and sent screen shot of the price

I was ordering 7.5mg and the cheapest price was £149 vs their £169.99. I read it as an issue with Pillsorted? Perhaps they’re not regulated/compliant/authorised - that’s the only section of the price match guarantee ts & cs that seem to possibly be applicable

Just looking at cheapest for 10mg. Who did you price match with? It's really confusing as most have special offers. So can't work out which is the cheapest.

It was £140 for me when I did it as was a low week for 10 so med express matched it

So saved myself £49

FYI they’ve updated their price matching conditions this week. They now only save the price match credit a week in advance; previously it was 14 days.

They’ve also changed which suppliers they price match with so even if you’ve used prices from a particular pharmacy before, that doesn’t mean it will work now. The pharmacy I used to price match literally last week is not accepted now.

Find the cheapest. Snapshot it and email pic to them

They reply in a day and agree to match and add the discount to my account .basket and I add the pen and pay

I noticed that the pharmacy I used previously now has a banner on their website stating do not fill the consultation form in if you’re not purchasing the medication. I’m guessing they had an influx of traffic with people just wanting a price match for a Medexpress order…

It's pissed me off to be honest!! Either offer a price match scheme or don't.

Actually it's shot them in the foot as I'm gonna piss off and try another provider.

it has info on there that says MedExpress are refusing to price match if a sharps bin isn't offered ???

I was able to price match a 5mg pen on Friday to The private pharmacy clinic and now have a £29.99 credit on my account for my next pen.

The moment they refuse me a legitimate price match is the time I will switch suppliers.

I asked for clarification as to which point was not met and received this:

Why even offer it if they will just decline it all.

Very weird. I will email them in 4/5w and see if they will price match whoever is cheaper at the time

Never had any issues but I did start with them so maybe I'm a loyal customer and why they do it ?
