Back on a downward trend now, I hope!
I've given myself a new final goal right in the middle of my bmi and two interim goals. I am a healthy weight now though so, I will stop if I feel its right before the goal.
Thinking about maintenance now and wanting to use the next few weeks to ensure I am embedding my healthy lifestyle.

Hi - my Goal is to titrate down to the lowest dose that keeps me around 165-170lbs - then from January, if I can keep that weight, im going to use the ~£200 a month on personal training instead of the jab!

Hope everyone is keeping well. Love seeing the updates. This injection has changed my life but I'm terrified of going back to my old bad habits. Have started to introduce exercising. Walking & doing 10 mins of weights 4 days per week (I'm not an active person!).

Hi Breezy. I felt the same. When I got to my original goal of 170 I contemplated reducing again a little. But have decided im happy between 165-170lbs.

Its probably stupid but the main reason is - I paid £400 to get my rings resized (went down 4 finger sizes). And they are starting to get lose again and it makes me feel sick to pay to get them resized again.

I had many internal arguments with myself lol. Im still overweight but happy. No longer category 2 obese so thats a big win at least!

You're so close to your final target eeeek!!!! Well done on all that hard work. Love seeing your updates x

@BigFatty I feel a bit the same, not about resized rings but about clothes. I am very slowly and carefully building up a new wardrobe of clothes I love. I am trying really hard not to have any 'it'll do' items. If I lose a lot more I will be starting over again again! But, I haven't really made a final decision yet 😕

My weight has been bobbing up and down a lot over the last month, and does seem to be very affected by salty foods and exercise making me retain water (as there’s no way I’ve eaten enough of a deficit to lose 3.5lbs in a week). However, according to Shotsy, I average between 0.9-1lb a week loss and that feels in line with what I’m eating/exercising.

I’m wondering what to do when the Mounjaro price rises come into play. I’ve probably got enough of a stash due to be delivered to do which will last till the end of the year as I’ve got a 3 week holiday coming up and won’t be taking my pen with me. I’m being bombarded with Slimpod adverts on Facebook now and might take a punt on that since I’ve not experienced suppression like many people have; I’ve just lost the desire to snack mindlessly. It seems like Slimpod might help control that part of my brain which would be better in the long run.

I’ve never set myself an official goal. Whether it is true or not, I once read that having a large frame allows for a 10% uplift on BMI, so I have a vague notion of 11st 7lbs in my head but then I think about my wedding weight of 11st 2lbs, or getting to the 10’s, or. 9st 5lbs when I could sit on the toilet naked and not have my belly flop out over my thighs 😀 However, my weight loss is making my body shape change as I can’t shift my menopause belly and I’m not terribly keen on what’s happening to my skin. I pray for a miracle that my skin will catch up with my weight loss and spend about 10 minutes a day oiling myself up in the hope that it will help. Replacing my entire wardrobe from scratch might dissuade me from going all the way though…

I've taken 5mg today and going to get back on the calorie counting wagon. I am a healthy bmi now so I can lose some more ( would like a buffer) or not!

So disappointed! Had a big loss in the middle of the week. 1lb loss isn't bad at this stage but I was so hoping for a whoosh.
I'm on a timeline due to the increase in costs ( trying to get to goal and maintain on the pens I already have) so . . . I guess I'll see where I am at the end of my 'loss phase' and then probably move onto maintenence. I am happy and healthy at my current weight, I would just like have a buffer to cope with the inevitable ups and downs of life and weight loss.
Giving myself a bit of a talking to. In January, I never thought I'd get here!
