Heavy rain could cause some disruption and flooding.

That is getting really bad.

Just seen Pau Hudson on Look North. Many parts of the area I live in have had 6 months worth of rain in 47 days!

I think after this mornings rain the region will be switching to a more showery outlook over the weekend. I'm keeping an eye on next week, where there is potential for more heavy rain, but also some good potential for it to start to dry out for a bit.

Flooding in the Midlands now as well, not as bad as up north though. Hope you all were much cheered by Johnson's visit!
