Just looked at the latest gfs. ermm. 30C is shown for Saturday. Potential for some decent thunderstorms too. It looks to start warming up on thursday. Cooler on Sunday.

Going to be quite a shock after the cool run we've had if it actually happens. I'm not sure it will tbh.

absolutely no sign of a prolonged heatwave right through mid June. A large high pressure looks as though it will sit in the Atlantic steering the cooler weather over us :(

Right - we need to know what it'll be like in The Gower (South wales) on Sunday.

It's the first nipper carnival of the year and there will be hundreds of people on Caswell Bay (who are all hoping for it to be warm, dry and light winds!)

I think dry and light winds, but not warm.

Have to say I am very cross with the weather. Heatwave is cancelled! Some areas might reach 22c.
