for heavy snow this evening from 6pm.

I have a lovely Dh. He came home today with a Weather Station.

Currently it's -4.2 in Denton.

Dh is still planning on going to the match though.

It has been snowing all afternoon here in Worcester - very beautiful as long as I resolutely don't think about trying to get to the pantomime in Birmingham on Wednesday! Wonder if the trains will be running by then?

Yes - I know I shouldn't be wanting some snow really. (DP just texted to say he'd just avoided a blizzard about 20miles south. Probably won't come our way though.)

well we have had blizzard conditions and another 2 inches of snow this afternoon. pretty much given up all hope of my mum getting over tomorrow, not sure about thurs yet but am gonna do the sled runs just in case.

Still no snow or any sign of it here in Leicestershire.It seems to skirt around us somehow.The dds are very fed up,they are still at school with no snow and the news is full of holidaying children on sledges or building snowmen.

Why couldn't I watch it? The red button did not help me - kept saying "not freeview". Bloody BBC.

The Cossacks were amazing! Really fast, we didn't know where to look.
A really good night all round. Looked like we'd had a bit of wetsnow when we got out. Loved the finale !!!!! Jumping was Brill. Ellen w did well in first comp then got the course wrong second time.
Fab seats just behind the final jump :)

and not been any snow here in Hertfordshire over night.If it could hold of till Thursday I would be happy have new (well new to me) sofa arriving today plus Weds I need to do a food run as teens eating me out house and home.

No snow here in Bedfordshire overnight, despite flash warning from Met O.

We are forecast snow from late this evening through till lunchtime tomorrow, with heavy snow at times. Some on Met Monkey are saying it could come with heavy winds causing blizzard conditions
