@sweetheartyparty I've not seen lightning on the island yet, sounds pretty spectacular. I'm happy today because I've finally managed to grow black cosmos and have found a kangaroo and her baby to take up residence

@FrankiesKnuckle yes I've noticed that too. I'm hoping that if I keep her onside with enough gifts she'll let me suggest a new nickname and drop the "child" business. We'll see how that plays out. Turnips at about 170 today, so not great, but best in weeks for me

How are people doing with the fishing tourney? I do like fishing at the moment as there's so many new fish to catch!

I was going to open up for some group catching but my silly internet won't allow me, too many people using the network at once so the switch gave up!

Dd has left the ds running on animal crossings, I'm sure I've heard older dd saying the game needs to be saved before shutting it down? How do I save the game?

Also, I presume I should have a shot first? I do like to play games afterall

I've left lot of bits on the beach- to the right of the entrance. There are diys around the place, help yourself if you need any!
