Shiny new thread. Work means I've only walked 5.2km this week, though Fitbit says it's 11.9.

@funnelfanjo hi! Would it be okay to wait until CD? I've got several here that I am ready to level up with, but have had a very busy few weeks so haven't had a chance to get my head around pogo vs MN names again and didn't want to stiff anyone for the extra xp!

@TeaDrinkingBumbleeBee when you level up in friendship with another pogo player, ie. become great/ultra/best friends, you get a chunk of xp (10k/50k/100k respectively). If you have a lucky egg on at the time of notification you will get double xp for the level up, hence everyone trying here to agree a time to level up so that both sides can put an egg on (if they so wish) and maximise the xp received. This can be extremely valuable if you've got several level ups at the same time!
I believe the term coordinegg was started by MN players as a result!

@plantbased @6Orbit Welcome to the thread. I recently started playing again after a 2 year hiatus and finding it strangely addictive. Just a tip, if you have any Pokémon from 2016/2017 - hold onto them! They become ‘lucky’ for trading (I don’t know exactly what that means but I hope to trade and find out soon!). I started crushing some of my weaker ones before I realised. I’m building friendship with a guy who was looking for Pokemon with legacy moves (I never even check moves) which I have tons of! I’m planning to trade for regionals.

@Blueroses99 thanks for the tip! I have loads of old ones I'll hold on to them. Not sure what it all means right now but sure will figure it out the more I carry on x
