Exactly, Archie & Lily are the kings grandchildren yet have none of the trappings of their birthright due to the parents chaotic & dysfunctional actions.
Ham now are desperately trying to undo what they've done as they know A&L are missing out on so much socially & in the future

That's a good point, when they first left for the US their expectation was perhaps that their children would be hanging out with those of movie stars and A listers. That clearly hasn't happened and so now they realise that without the "right" upbringing they won't fit in in the UK either?

But they have now scuppered RF adjacency for their children. Clapping back at KC statement, CS incendiary book.

More and more I can see that Gemma Collins would actually have been a much better choice for this gig than Harry. This does highlight for me just how weird the whole situation is.

Nobody is asking Gemma Collins to do it... but they are hiring Harry. Why?? Why hire Harry to give a speech about AI?

He doesn't know any more about it than GC does. No background, no expertise, no experience or knowledge in this area. And his presentation skills aren't as good as hers. Who thought, "I know, let's ask Harry to do it?" What was the rationale, apart from "people have heard of him?"

And how long will that kind of thinking last, as it becomes obvious that Harry is really just a cardboard cut-out of a Prince?

I read this as the public telling Meghan they had missed her shed.

How big is her shed? Is it a mini garden room shed or literally a shed? What colour is it? Does she keep her flower sprinkles and fuzzy wine in it? Oh, the questions.

I don't think the "Prince / Princess" title has the cudos it once had. You have Katie Price's daughter Princess, the kiln technican on Pottery Showdown is called Princess, one of Michael Jackson's sons is called Prince as are probably numerous US music and sports stars kids. Noone believes/thinks these people are Royalty so having lost the HRH titles, Harry is nothing special. His name in the credits for the Cookie film was Prince Harry. It could easily just have been Princess Andre for the clout it carries.

I cant believe (well I can it is true to form) how much they have messed up this return to the UK. Every aspect has been an utter disaster. When they first came here there were articles in the press about how the 'feuding brothers' should reconcile, that had all disappeared now, everyone understands will W wants nothing to do with him. Why didn't they just keep their mouths shut and lay low for a while. I really believe both of them have got a screw loose.

Nobody is allowed to know about the shed. HAM will, however, make constant teasing references to their shed, and post pictures of it on social media (but only from the back).

Deviating here but why the hell did Ham name Archie that if they were every hoping to enter royal life again? It is decidedly not royal!
I totally get Lilibet with Lili as a cute nickname although I feel Elizabeth would have been more royal... but where did Archie come from?!

They’re both nicknames as names. Elizabeth would have been more appropriate but they should have chosen a name that would have been totally hers and saved it for a middle name.

But Archie, why?!! It's just totally out of kilter for the royal family, I remember at the time there was huge consternation with the name Archie Harrison!

It’s a rehash of the BA crew thanking them for their service and the South Africans dancing in the street, isn’t it - she obviously hasn’t caught up with social media and comments sections 😬

Rumour is that "Archie" was George's "security name" so what his nanny would call him when out in public/at the play park so people wouldn't immediately connect the face to the name ie looks like George, is called George therefore is possible it is Prince George. H&M stole the name.
And obviously couldn't use Archibald as that has the word "bald" in it and would be triggering. 🥚

Archie was quite popular a few years ago (before they named him that ie not in response to it). But no idea about how it ‘reads’ in America - remember M brought a different cultural perspective to their naming.
