It’s this in particular that made their comments about it being empire 2.0 so very disgusting!

So the first thing that struck me was how amateur the filming was compared to the polished stuff the Wales family produce. I don't think that's an artistic choice but rather a sign of reduced income for social media.

Secondly it was boring. Badly filmed, all dark and jerky. I hope they have a lovely new life wherever they are but I fail to see why it needs to be filmed.

Unless they are trying to goad someone into releasing their location so they can try again to leverage security.

(Quite!) a few years ago I took an early lunch to pop over the car park because HMTLQE2 was planting a tree to commemorate some local anniversary. All the local Great and Good were there in posh frocks, smart suits, and an array of hats so large a small solar eclipse was observed in the vicinity. QE politely and dutifully acknowledged their presence and did the 'Royal meetand greet' - and then spent the rest of the time chatting to the gardener in his big boots, muddy kneed jeans and fleecy jacket.

H&M could learn so much from the attitude of the WRF to 'ordinary' people and it would make such a difference to how they are perceived - just compare QE's approach to meghans appalling ignorance to that poor woman whose baby died of AIDS.

But after all this time I guess they think they've got their PR all nicely sorted.

So - is she saying she was told to blend in and wear neutral colours? IIn the US she chose to wear neutrals most of the time. I think she was asked to wear something In a particular colour (but with lots of scope within that) to Louis’ christening, but deliberately disregarded this request and consequently she most certainly does stand out in those pics, but not in a good way. She just will NOT be told what to do in any context, which, in royal life, is not going to work.

I really can't see Catherine being petty or territorial over designers. I can see though that it would be a mistake for Meghan to enter into any type of clothes comparison.

Lots of people will have identified that lake by now, with that distinctive structure. It's quite funny that everyone seems to be tacitly agreeing not to reveal their location, so as not to give them 'the oxygen of publicity', as I believe Margaret Thatcher said.

It's the shot of the bridge. I don't recognise it but I'm pretty sure that it's identifiable for any locals to wherever they are. If they were really worried about security they would stick with anonymous paths.

Without wishing to sound distainful, the whole video is English stereotypes: lanes, fishing, wellies and all. A roaring fire is just part of what I assume is a post for her American market.

Are those the same wellies she wore when she was parading up and down wherever it was when she first came here?

And we need to see this completely unrequested and unnecessary video why exactly? They clearly are not terrified about security and are only doing this to bait the media to say where they are as they think they will get security that way pair of egotistical fools.

I have always believed the media would know where they are, and equally that they would keep to existing agreements not to print locations. It comes to something when the tabloids have more respect for your privacy and security than you do yourself.
