They must talk about and strategise their relationships with their families endlessly. It must be obsessive rumination, and a terrible way to live.
It's so mentally unhealthy to have not moved on and to have nothing else in their lives beyond obsessively dissecting family history and relationships and planning how to get one over on them to 'win'.
At least KC and PW&C have other things going on in their busy lives, and HaM are an ongoing thorn in the side rather than the centre of their lives.
I've had family drama in the past where we've fallen into repeatedly rehearsing what happened, who said what and strengthening our belief we were right. But after a couple of months we realised: this is taking up too much of our time and energy, we need to move on and accept how things now are.
Loads of people have that experience. Painful family relationships, and you have to find a way not to allow them to dominate your life.
HAM seem to be missing this healthy self protection mechanism and instead unhealthily ruminate, and try to win over their families.
It's a very very very bad way to live.
Disastrous for children.
Mentally exhausting.
And creating and nursing never ending cycles of pain for yourself. And others.
