One of the reasons I find the hams so triggering is my mum was an utter bitch with grandiose narcissistic traits enabled by a weak father. She went through people's lives like a tornado, she loved drama, conflict, screaming fights, love bomb new friends, discarding anyone who didn't fawn over her.
She loved hurting people right up until she died (amazing the venom and old frail woman can have) she never once felt bad or had a troubled conscience.
I honestly think hams are the same they love it all the chaos and like upsetting other people's lives, it makes them feel powerful, it's very Machiavellian.

I just want to randomly repeat a post from the last (or maybe the second to last - they go so fast now) thread that I don’t think received the attention it was due 😁.

Harry having wanted the Lord Chamberlain’s letter to have referred to him and his wife as “Public Figures” isn’t necessarily because they want to appear as more important than they actually are (well maybe it is, but not only because).

It’s because RAVEC is the “Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures”.

and PUBLIC FIGURES.

He wanted the king to tell RAVEC that they need to protect him and his wife because they are royally sanctioned Public Figures. Never mind the accusations he’s flung at the reigning monarchs of the past 5 years/their staff that they’ve either interfered to stop him getting protection (Geidt) or could make it happen with a flick of the pen but have chosen to. He actively wants interference, but only if it benefits him. (Wouldn’t we all, mate. Wouldn’t we all. )

M and the DC can as they're all US citizens. A&L will need US passports, of course, to return to the US.

M is self-centred enough that she'll be happy to let H sit in the UK trying to get a spousal visa. If he does, you can bet it'll be gone over with a fine tooth comb.

I don’t really follow the ongoing saga of the Markles, but I don’t trust them. I think Meghan is a chancer but Harry is the one I really dislike. He is as thick as mince and although he tries to portray himself as not like his family, when it comes to entitlement and hypocrisy, he has bucket loads.

They are not here for schooling or to be near Charles, they are here to top up the coffers. They said they feel unsafe here and yet they have moved back with no royal protection. They face big legal costs because of their failed legal action. Nobody is interested in them in the US. They have come back to cash in on the 30th anniversary of Diana’s death, plus add some more stories to their archive about how badly they have been treated Part 2. They need to be near the Royal Family because it’s their only currency. It is all about money, and trying to push William’s nose out of joint. Gruesome twosome.

No offence, but I’m confident Harry would win a Scottish skirmish. No way the good people of Rothesay are taking on Dumbarton and winning.

And they think that relocating to the UK will mean they have to get their security paid for. The obviously cant afford the california lifestyle anymore, including paying for round the clock security. Their finances must be in dire straits if meghan agreed to move back

As a “private citizen” is H allowed to get involved in politics? Because I just had a truly horrifying thought about him joining Reform. Chaos and notoriety and lack of any morals and delusional thinking and acquiring money from dubious sources - it would all fit!

Yes I believe you are right about this. Hurty feelings aside, H has a single mission, which is to get full security for ever and ever amen. The LC’s statement drives a coach and horses through his case.
