Of course they knew and know. They have as adults trousered money, expensive jewellery, royal estate housing, and all the rest. Beatrice, 37, markets herself as a ‘private equity analyst’ and does business ‘introductions’ involving daddy’s contacts in the Middle East.

God knows how deep in they are with mummy’s grifting.

I don't follow how that is evidence that they knew?

Andrew must be a multi millionaire , he has inherited millions from the late Queen and probably the Queen Mother too , he can well afford to buy his own home but I’m sure Charles will want him to keep his mouth shut and will ensure he (Charles)meets any financial needs and Andrew’s demand such as his daughters retaining their titles. At last Charles has finally grown a pair but only under public and possibly private pressure .

He is guilty of being a liar, we know that. I think 99% of people believe he’s guilty of sexual relations with a trafficked young woman. He is without remorse , humility or any shred of compassion for Epstein’s victims. He deserves to be tried in a Court of Law. This is a good start.

Well said.

Apparently there's ways and means. It's much harder to do, you have to ask a British court or go via the Hague, but not impossible.

This from the guardian a few years ago:
If Prince Andrew were lawfully served with a subpoena – be it for a grand jury, or a trial or deposition – generally speaking, he will need to comply.
However, it is far more difficult to serve him outside the US.
“Due to the heightened measures of security that surround the royal family, it certainly is far more difficult to walk up to a member of the royal family and serve them a subpoena as you would a private citizen,” Weinstein said.

This from BritBrief.co.uk (I have no idea how credible a source they are)

In a significant development that reignites the transatlantic legal firestorm surrounding the British royal family, former US Attorney General William Barr has confirmed that Prince Andrew remains a person of interest in the sprawling Jeffrey Epstein investigation.
The Duke of York could yet be subpoenaed and compelled to provide testimony to American prosecutors, Barr revealed, shedding new light on the Department of Justice's persistent efforts to unravel the full extent of Epstein's network

I might be getting legal speaking confused. He was previously served papers by Giuffre's lawyers several times and evaded them on each occasion.

It was reported that the FBI wanted to question him. Up until Trump took power

There is a US congressional committee investigating Epstein et al that would like to ask him questions.

Newsnight suggesting much more to come.

Sorry if I’ve missed some messages in the middle. There’s a huge part of the picture missing for me…

Andrew has lost all titles, homes and more… based on what we believe is evidence of wrongdoing but it’s not evidence that has led to a serious conviction, which would then definitely warrant the loss of titles and home.

Stripping him of all titles etc is totally unprecedented. But while what we have been told about Andrew is abhorrent, the palace still reports his denial, so there must be something more to this??

What do you think it is??

JustSawJohnny · 30/10/2025 23:41

I didn't realise they could remove even the word Prince from him 😂

daisychain01 · 30/10/2025 21:31

he was allowed to get away with behaving badly by both the Queen and Prince Philip.

you speak as if you have knowledge of Andrew's upbringing. How do you know how he behaved?

I think they’re making an educated guess. It rings true to me.

Read the Lownie book. It contains corroborated evidence of Mountbatten Windsor’s behaviour.

According to Dan Wootton there's been a briefing document requesting the media to be mindful that there remains a duty of care to all family members and that they take this into consideration in any articles that are published.
Wootton says he knows for a fact that Andrew has been under psychiatric care due to the pressure of the accusations.

Virginia Guiffre's mental health suffered because of Andrew and his friends. I'll save my sympathy for her and her family.

TeatimeForTheSoul · 30/10/2025 23:46

Just had a little search for what a ‘cottage’ looks like at Sandringham. Not quite what the word cottage made me imagine. Good job the Royal family will be bank rolling his life from now on.
Here are York House, Wood Farm and Garden House.

Ahhh I see. That must be what the BritBrief article is referring to as it was published September 2025.

I think since he has nothing to lose he should comply and tell what he knows. Also throw Ghislaine under the bus, she was no friend to him and apparently has been the source of some of the recent leaks.

Yes, I don't mean to sound harsh about people with mental health problems, but really?
Perhaps the psychiatrist can help him work through all this and reflect on his behaviour and impact.

They wouldn't go to the extreme of stripping titles if there wasn't hard evidence to go on.

Here are York House, Wood Farm and Garden House.

They're all lovely!

York House is gorgeous 😍

Wood farm looks lovely too! Still appears quite large to my little peasant eyes.

I wish she was alive to see what happened today. But maybe even this would have been too little too late. No one but Maxwell has actually been convicted and is serving a sentence for anything after all.

Ahh, but your peasant eyes haven't been accustomed to living at Royal Lodge! It's a come down, for sure. I like Garden House, I think it looks lovely.

I was confused by all this talk of Wood Farm and thought they meant the council estate in Oxford.

Me too!! Both DDs live in Oxford.

CrimsonStoat · 30/10/2025 23:59

Wood Farm looks tiny compared to his current gaff. Looks like it has normal sized rooms, too, how will he cope????

I assume it’s William who is really behind this. By all accounts he can’t stand Andrew. So if the monarchy is going to cut Andrew off completely, will he only have his Navy pension to live on?

Of course not. He is the son and grandson of people with enormous personal wealth, a substantial part of which he will have inherited.

Does this suggest he's guilty of worse behaviour than we're already aware of? I agree it should have happened long ago but am curious as to what's finally pushed Charles to do this.

The optics were looking horrendous weren't they? The deference shown to Liz went with her death.

I think if William wants to modernise the monarchy a good place to start might be to offer us a referendum on whether we actually want a monarchy.

You know that the monarch cannot "offer a referendum" right?
That's a Parliamentary process.

American here and you have to wonder if King Charles was so embarrassed by people heckling him a couple of days ago he had enough.

William could instruct his parliament to hold a referendum.
