It was the Queen and Prince Phillips favourite retreat and he lived there in the end. Private and away from prying eyes, beautiful countryside, roaring fires and all the shooting a man could want. And yes, on the Sandringham estate. Close to William and Kate and the kids awwww. Cosy

They must be laughing their heads off that the plebs believe they can’t stand uncle knobhead even though he’s being kept very close and in absolute luxury.

And he'll still get police protection because he's on a royal estate. He could have rented a mansion in Windsor if he was going to be plain old Andrew, formerly known as Prince Andrew.

He won't get police protection. It's a private estate, KC pays for protection.

The key word there is ALLEGED. Virginia Giuffre was paid a lot of money to keep quiet and didn't. What happened to the cash I wonder?

The key thing there is that even though the allegations were alleged (as you are so keen to point out) but Andrew (or the late QEII) still paid her off, so why if he's done nothing wrong and never even met her?!

I have never met Andrew but I could make the same allegations as VG against him tomorrow, bet he wouldn't be trying to pay me off though.

Oh ffs. Do you know what a "witch hunt" really means?
Innocent women were tortured and murdered because of suspicions about them which were not only unfounded, but evil.
This is nothing like a witch hunt

Of course I know what the original witch hunts were all about but the phrase is now used generally

"A campaign directed against a person or group holding views considered unorthodox or a threat to society."

He was born a prince. It's not a title that was handed to him like being Duke of York. Andrew's not very bright, he was the cosseted favourite son of Queen Elizabeth and he was allowed to get away with behaving badly by both the Queen and Prince Philip. But he's still a Prince. King Charles is probably responding to the baying crowds brandishing their pitchforks and winding themselves up for a witch hunt.

Now your just being silly.

The statement says “formal notice has been served to surrender the lease”. It’s the tenant who surrenders a lease, not the landlord, so Andrew has obviously been prevailed upon to quit the lease himself.

They obviously made him an offer he couldn't refuse... probably a mixture of threats and incentives.

TheHouseonHauntedHill · 30/10/2025 20:53

It's just so sad Virginia didn't live to see this

So, you think that's why Andrew is being punished?
Because of his views?
Ok.....

Apparently another one of Epsteins victims sued VG and was awarded $7.5 million, she is now going after VG’s estate for payment.

it’s all very murky.

I met Andrew, He's not very bright, thinks a lot of himself and has an enormous sense of entitlement. I wouldn't say that he's evil. Queen Elizabeth indulged him rather too much.

Kahar · 30/10/2025 20:54

But is not giving up the title and the lodge not conceding that these claims are true? I just mean from the Royal Family’s perspective why do this? It just basically confirms Andy’s guilt. Why would the firm do this?

Im not an Andy defender. Weirdo gives me the creeps. Just curious

Hopefully she's able to rest a bit more peacefully now though.

Have you actually read your own definition of witch hunt…?!? Does that apply here? How so?!

Norman Baker spouted his bile tonight. 🤮

What does that mean?

AreYouBrandNew · 30/10/2025 20:56

The script wording on bbc though - ‘how did Andrew get caught up in the Epstein scandal?..’ !! Like he just walked in to the wrong room..

billysboy · 30/10/2025 20:56

No smoke without fire
he’s a Nonce and should be treated as such

Wood Farm is the speculation.

Oh goody, might run into him in Sainsburys in Kings Lynn then, if he goes to Iceland on Tuesday he can get 10% off! No indication of where his ex Mrs will live.
His daughters will keep their HRHs, does this mean they stay in line of succession if their father has lost his or does it mean that everyone moves up 7 places?

Sued for what?

From Wiki:

Rina Oh sued Giuffre for defamation in October 2021 in Manhattan federal court, for $20 million in damages.[103] The lawsuit referenced a series of tweets Giuffre made which accused Oh of helping traffic girls for Epstein, while Oh maintained she was a victim who had never helped traffickers.[103] Oh acknowledged that she introduced three young women to Epstein including Marijke Chartouni,[104] and that she had taken Giuffre shopping for a schoolgirl outfit on Epstein's orders.[105] In 2022 in court documents, Oh accused Giuffre of touching her sexually without consent while Epstein watched, but Giuffre denied the claim.[106] Giuffre filed a counterclaim in May 2022 alleging that Oh had cut her during sadomasochistic games done for Epstein.[107]

As much as someone can make out of it.

So you don't think that Andrew is perceived as a threat to society then?

CrimsonStoat · 30/10/2025 20:59

HedwigIsMySpiritAnimal · 30/10/2025 20:56

What does that mean?

Derxa is a staunch monarchist who lives near Balmoral, no surprise they think Norman Baker spouts bile.
