How have I only just realised this about Prince Andrew …

I don’t know if I’m just oblivious to things but how have I only just realised Prince Andrew was 41 when he met Virginia Guiffre.

For some reason I thought this happened in the mid 80’s before he was married and definitely before children.

Knowing how old he was and that he had children just makes it so much more shocking (not that it needed to be).

Was anyone else blind to this?

Epstein's papers and tapes, which he kept very meticulous details of everyone who was involved, will be buried by Ghislaine Maxwell and her protectors over here in the States by the DOJ, will never see the light of day because too many names will bring down too many influential world leaders. This is why she was given preferential treatment to changing prisons to Bryan, Texas, which is never given to sex offenders and done at the highest level of the Bureau of Prisons. If there are papers ever released, they will never implicate anyone in power because the Attorney General cabinet official has said anything made public would be redacted to protect "security interests."

Was that not after she accused him?

Well I don't know if his memory has been jogged, but as far as I know he still claims to have no recollection of meeting her.

Realising how widespread and normalised this kind of crime is

Yes.

We see time and time again how many men (and more rarely, women) in any position of power will hurt the women they have power over. Their victims’ pain doesn’t matter to them. Some get off on it. Their victims really aren’t fully human to them. And often they profess to love them. It’s fucking wicked.

I think Virginia was very brave.

Glowingup · 22/10/2025 07:38

You thought that Virginia Giuffre who recently died aged 41 and who was born in 1983 met Prince Andrew in the 80s (when she would have been a baby or toddler)? No, I think that’s just you. Did you not watch the interview where he was talking about the pizza express birthday party for his daughter as his alibi?

Regularmumm · 20/10/2025 19:29

I agree he’s the fall guy. Didn’t the paedo ringleader keep a little black book of all the other paedos he invited to his island? Wonder where this black book is now.

I also don’t understand why Andrew paid Virginia Giuffre an out of court settlement for her to drop her claims against him while at the same time insisting he’s never met her. How does that work??

This was a gagging order to protect the monarchy and QE2 specifically around disrupting the Platinum Jubilee activities where the whole world was watching. She was not allowed to speak publicly for 12 months until the PJ was over and QE2 personally paid the £12m ‘donation’ to a person PA ‘had never met’.

There are a whole army of gravy train active enablers, bystanders and/or turning a blind eye or actively covering up PA activities over decades from his family, RF employees, civil servants, politicians, police who all had a hand and an agenda to bury his crimes.

And it’s not just the rich and powerful. Look at Gisele Pelicot or the Rotherham grooming cases - when there is an opportunity a surprising amount of ‘normal’ men take it.

That shocked me probably more than Gisele Pelicots husband having the idea to do that to her, but that there were so many others ready to engage with that. From a small town.

Thanks for the link to this very good interview with Ann Wallace. I learned a lot. It explains a lot.

Likewise.

People often say that the late queen paid 12 millions pounds to VG. It's certainly common speculation. Does anyone have proof of it?

17 year old girl

When I was a 17 year old girl, I was molested in my Saturday job by men in their 30s, 40s and even 70s. Fortunately they didn’t have any more access to me than at work.

If you think it doesn’t happen, you are beyond naive.

He probably doesn’t. She was probably just one in a long procession of young women who he disregarded as not being of his social standing. Anonymous and dispensable.

How do you know it is only my opinion
Been discussed for years in books, newspapers, social media ….. general opinions tend to be in agreement with mine

Only amongst gossips with no evidence!

don’t believe it whatsoever.

Amongst all echelons of society.

Yes, from taxi drivers in Rotherham to the royal family. I understand the current focus on race and religion but imo, it distracts from the main qualifier which is MEN, of all classes, all races and all religions.

What is absent is male outrage. Where is the en-mass, vocal, abhoration?

This is what I don’t understand. Maybe I’m naive but why would such an army of people cover for him?! Why weren’t they disgusted by his behaviour? Didn’t they have any integrity? Or did it really not play out how it is alleged to?

Why are there no whistleblowers

Exactly. Why are men in general so anti-women in 2025?!

🎶Oh the grand old Duke of York

To someone he said he'd never met
For something he never did 🎶😉

You could ask the same about Saville, Weinstein, etc. There would be significant reprisals for whistleblowers who weren’t protected legally for years and even if they are now it would likely be career ending or severely career interrupting, People didn’t want to lose their livelihoods so turned a blind eye or actively covered up thus implicating themselves. But there was certainly a whole host of professionals who knew from police protection, to civil servants, to palace officials to members of the government - maybe each thought it wasn’t their personal or professional/functional responsibility to speak out. I think there is now new legislation to implicate bystanders who can be proven to have known but chosen to keep silent.

I also think as has been evident in the Rotherham situation that professionals believed girls were making a personal choice to become ‘child prostitutes’ rather than they were groomed, coerced, threatened, abused and violated.

Clinton, Gates, Trump they were all on that island. Even Stephen Hawking.
Maxwell should be in prison but for a woman to be the only person in prison for this is truly unbelievable.

It IS always men. Murderers, rapists, embezzlers, people nicking jewels from museums …. You name the crime - it’s almost always men who commit it.

Bill Clinton had a favourite seat on the Lolita Express and Epstein had a large painting of Clinton on the wall of his NY apartment - nothing to see here of course!

@IAmATorturedPoet what is that picture intimating what a time to be alive

BeeWitchy · 23/10/2025 08:44

“The Lolita Express”

That name of the plane alone is enough to question the judgement of everyone who flew on it. If they were innocent of wrongdoing, I have to wonder what were they thinking? What were they thinking?

This is 40 minutes long. It’s Emily Maitlis interviewing Ann Wallace - Virginia’s ghostwriter. It’s very good & Explained a lot to me. ‘The Dark Truth about Prince Andrew’

But it needs a Trigger Warning.
