It's hardly any worse than the Ripple of Hope award for combating royal racism - even after Harry's backpedaling - but I'm pretty sure those doing real humanitarian work understand the difference between backscratcher awards and true merit, so apart from H&M making themselves ridiculous again it doesn't really seem to matter

Just watched the video of H and M walking the red carpet . He does not look happy and doesn’t appear to be interacting with M at all .

One thing H&M have opened my eyes to, is this award circuit for people who pay to be given awards. Weird. But if that's their bag, then ok. Makes them feel special I suppose.

I think he sounds a bit like Prince Philip as well. He’s got that same slight raspiness to his voice on occasions

If they want to make themselves look ridiculous - and god knows they've had enough practice - then best they do it with something like this which doesn't directly harm others

Genuinely, it's surprised me, to say the least.

It matters because it’s literally all she has to offer, she has no other talents. So the fact that she is succeeding in that sole endeavour matters quite a lot, and I’m sure she’d be pleased to hear that even her critics give her that much.

Out of interest, who were the disappointed “also rans” for this coveted award?

Harry looks very ill at ease. Perhaps even he is beginning to realise how ridiculous that fiasco is.

I wonder if they were the only contenders? It sometimes happens with these "awards". Like the one they got for fighting racism in the Royal Family.

Just can’t imagine what anyone would identify as their humanitarianism - is it the bullying or the selling stories about the family, the false accusations of racism, the hypocrisy, the lying or the grief tourism, I wonder 🤔

Awards are bought all the time. This particular one is given out by a charity Archewell donates to.
