Part 2 of a nice, unproblematic thread to discuss some of the fab outfits from the Duchess of Sussex, and some of the many great causes she (and Harry) and Archewell supports.

Anyhoo, back to our knitting, namely, as per the OP, "some of the many great causes [Meghan] (and Harry) and Archewell supports", and specifically to SCOTTY'S LITTLE SOLDIERS, who I'm getting really interested in.

They have a program called Troop 6000, which "was started in 2017 as a Girl Scout troop in New York City specifically for young girls aged 5 to 18 living in the shelter system, to provide a supportive community for the girls to make friends and have new, fun experiences together. Troop 6000 is a vibrant community that empowers the girls to confidently achieve their future goals. Through weekly meetings, badge activities, and leadership development, the program gives the girls the courage and tools they need to thrive."

So cool. I can't imagine what it's like to grow up "in the shelter system" in New York City. Harry and Meghan have a way to spot and offer support to some of the most overlooked and disenfranchised communities.

This family seemed pretty stoked to see them. Have yet to see them be unpopular anywhere but Murdoch media following people.

Staying on topic, this man's excitement that his family is talking to H & M is adorable.

The cognitive dissonance in accusing others of goadiness is astonishing. But yes, the clothes, the clothes, dammit!

@TallerSally Troop 6000 is an amazing concept that has never really been duplicated.

i am a long term supporter of Girl Scouts and have been watching this troop from afar for years.

Fascinating. I'd never even heard of them.

I know of corporations with annual global social impact budgets in the 9 figures (mine included), who are always on the look-out for worthy causes to support financially or with our employees' time.

Maybe we should start looking at the Archewell website...

Also, on Tik Tok, do a search for Matta of Fact if you haven’t come across her account already. Matta talks about the latest outfits all the royal women wear - European royals included - in various clips. I’ve only watched a small number so far. The clip on Megan for the Variety event is good, because you see her doing her red carpet moves and a good look at her dress, and she looks lovely.

I love the beige off one shoulder dress, that really suits her. Not so keen on totally strapless but that's just me! I think the beige dress is soooo classy.

MM: "I have no idea....we had fun making it....I was on it for 7 seasons....it's hard to find a show you can binge watch that many episodes of these days so that could have something to do with it, but good shows are everlasting."

I'm sure the writers, directors and main stars will be delighted at this ringing endorsement of their work!
