Sorry, I'm not sure I understand your comment, but I don't think Meghan flew just to find a local business to support if that's what you're implying? But yes when I do fly thousands of miles (have flown 4 holidays this past year and a half), I do try and support local businesses.

No wait! I've actually just remembered. I was recently on holiday and on my to-do list was to release baby sea turtles in the ocean as part of a conservation program.

So I guess in that case I DID in fact fly thousands of miles so support a local initiative

then I don't get your comment about it

What a shame that this thread which was supposed to mirror Kate's in not being mean, has been hijacked by posters taking the piss continually.

I can just imagine the outrage if those on here went on to the Kate thread and did the same. The last post on there is saying how wonderful she looks, how elegant and how she's grown into the role. No one has gone on there to ridicule that.

But of course it's Meghan so it appears to be allowed.

Without making this a TAAT I have just read the Kate thread (as I said I would) and, if I have read the correct one, there are varying opinions on there. Most comments are positive because Kate isn't controversial and she is popular but there are certainly some negative/critical comments made by posters including those on here who are supportive of H&M, including the OP. All seems fine there, it's how a discussion forum works.

@samcro, it's not a derail on this thread if we are discussing them being 'out and about' which is in the thread title.
