I hate being photographed full stop.

Love Catherine but feared she looked very upset at this morning’s ceremony. It is a somber occasion of course but she seemed rather drawn and exhausted. I am a huge fan. She’s so elegant and IMO does not put a foot wrong.

To be fair, if you look at the photos from last year’s cenotaph, she has the same expression 🤷‍♀️

She had a couple of small smiley moments with Camilla - it’s a difficult line to tread - can’t be too smiley as it’s a somber occasion. But you can’t let your ‘somber’ face descend into boredom or resting bitch face. I’d be useless at it.

My sil is like that. I try not to stand next to her in photos 🤣(she is lovely as well)

She is very regal looking In think. But I agree she looked a bit strained today. It's a solemn state occasion. Her behaviour is impeccable on those formal occasions. I expect she has the wisdom and intelligence to follow advice on what is expected. And the good manners too.

I thought she looked a bit tired (but perhaps the BBC just chose the one shot where she looked a bit baggy round the eyes).

I bet the people doing the march past were exhausted. They had to stand around for ages. Then march what to me looked like a long way , to me. A lot of them we’re not young

It must be a very emotional day for everyone involved. As always, impeccably executed. I think it shows the normal side of Kate that she expresses emotion.

Let's not forget it was the first time for this happening too with Charles as King and William as P of W. It was a reminder to them of the loss of their mother and Grandmother. The statues of the Queen and Prince Philip had also just been unveiled a couple of days prior.

Point of detail - it's the second time. Charles became king on 8 Sept 2022, and William became Prince of Wales on 9 Sept.

I really like Catherine’s current look of trouser suits . Being tall and slim is obviously an advantage!
She has clearly updated her look since she became POW.

Kate is absolutely stunning! I’m not sure she comes across as especially confident when meeting strangers though - she always seems quite nervy and on edge to me and has a tendency to talk a bit too much and too quickly in an almost hyper way, which can be a sign of nerves. I don’t think it’s a bad thing as she seems like a lovely and genuinely kind, interested person. But I wouldn’t say she’s naturally relaxed in those sorts of situations.

Yes, she looks heaps better in this cut (with narrow silhouette) than she did in her brief foray into wider legs and generally too much fabric even over the body

I suspect she must get a lot of alterations done, as things fit her so well

she is nice looking. I don't think she is shy.

Nice intro. Love her blouse, I have similar without the spots and it looks nothing like that on me I hasten to add! But I love it.

Still think her hair is too long. I think it would be better shorter, not a major criticism!
