Just a nice, unproblematic thread to discuss some of the Princess of Wales' fab outfits and some of the many great causes she supports.

I love the pictures of her on the bike today. She is just up for anything and I love what she brings to the RF

She would have made an excellent Blue Peter presenter.

I would agree, I think she's really uncomfortable in the formality & "performance" aspect of speech giving and just much prefers these more sociable events.

Despite what some posters say , the RF is still popular in Scotland . Lots of people turned out today in Moray .

I agree but I also think she's a naturally shy person who would have avoided the limelight if she had a choice. She only does what she does because she loves William and knows that's part of the package when you marry him. Don't get me wrong, I think she genuinely cares about the charities but she doesn't need to be centre stage.

I think the last few engagements
that she has done she looks more relaxed and confident than ever.

Kate is going through a pants suit, or trousers and jacket period. Her hair is a little more relaxed too. She looked lovely recently in a dark suit with fine stripes, and what looked like a casual style white silk shirt. I like this new look.

This ‘business like’ look with the less structured hairstyles really suit her.

Great suit. Pretty hair. This style is her best day time look so far, imo. She looks smart and confident.

Yes that's a really good look on her. Whoever is styling her at the moment is doing a great job.

She was rocking the bootcuts today. Slightly 70s vibe - a touch of the Kelly from Charlie’s Angels?

I'm guessing that much of this less formal dressing is after the death of the Queen. She looks great in both.

I came in to say the same thing. I think we’ll see some gradual changes in the RF once HMTQ’s influence and protocols start to wane with time. I do think KC3 is the bridge between the old and the new RF.

Anyway, back to clothes.

A previous PP asked about Kate’s diet. The Human Being Diet is popular amongst the rich and fit peeps but it is brutal. I tried it and last about 3 hours.

Some people just naturally move a lot and eat small portions of healthy food, I have couple of friends like that, it really comes easily to them!

I love the way Catherine is happy to change into commando/ sports/ whatever clothes and gets stuck into an activity . And still look great !
