Gizmo is an English interloper, who only came to Scotland in order to get behind my bathroom cupboard.

We have a new friend in our house. She is called Rosemary and I like her very much. Cat Four spent a few minutes watching the new addition’s moves and then went to take her on.
Oh brave, but luckily unsuccessful Cat Four.
Cat One ran away, Cat Two and Four haven’t been near her.

Kitty was back in a bed she hasn’t used for months yesterday, I think because she realised it was the best place to catch the sun, so the tents might come back into favour?

The Ouija board is fantastic isn’t it? It would be a great toy even without the extra entertainment value from our side.

Facebook Memories brought up photos today of a pair of very lovely sisters who I fostered a couple of years ago as kittens. I forwarded them on to their current parents, who were delighted, but it made me wish I had Kitty’s baby photos.

I was looking for another (new) cat at first! 😂

Frank used to try to attack the whirly brushes on my robovac. I couldn't persuade any of them to ride on it though. I've given it away now as I got rid of all the rugs in the house.

I've had a very good day. The dementia choir goes from strength to strength.

My hairdresser is coming tomorrow. She usually cuts my hair and HIS.

I might make some kind of excuse about his absence.

She believes that Linney is a girl, because he's white. Yes, it's odd. But she's a very good hairdresser. And I love chatting with her.

I can’t see any chance of riding happening as yet. Four seems to view it as an especially large insect provided for her hunting entertainment.
Cat One is pondering how to prove dominance over it. Cat Three watches safely from the stairs while Two hides under the bed.
We have reached maximum number of cats here. Cat One and Two wouldn’t cope with anymore territory invasion. Also, we would need a bigger house to accommodate the kitty litter boxes!

Just tell her he walked out in a miff because he didn't win an argument, then spend the next half hour giggling about possible reasons/excuses he may have and just how big a shock he's going to get when he doesn't have the wife doing all the cooking, cleaning & washing etc. Unless there IS another woman somewhere of course, more fool her.

I suppose dragons are nice and warm so a good place for a nap.

I think October matches Kettle's aesthetic, he's definitely an autumn cat.

The hairdresser said "Where's himself?" and I said "Shopping" so she then launched into a diatribe about the technician who did her gel nails.

They did look bloody awful.

After the hairdresser left, I went into the bathroom, to discover Gizmo in there.
He looked annoyed with me, like it was my fault he'd got locked in - which it was, I suppose.

I pointed out to him that if he hadn't been so obsessed with getting behind the bathroom cupboard, the whole debacle need not have happened.

I’ve always thought autumn would be his perfect camouflage season.

Ooh and I collected my monthly prescriptions this morning, and the chemist's assistant told me she hadn't got any for him. She was surprised.
But I didn't enlighten her.

Basil and Sybil today are doing their best Yin and Yang impressions.
