We found a kitten. Tips

Help! My daughter and husband have brought this sweet baby home having found it in a roadside. It’s a bit bitey and scared so I haven’t checked sex yet.

I’m off to the vet in a bit to check for any chip and to see what condition it’s in.

It has a good voice so I’m hoping it’s ok, although one eye is a little droopy.

It’s had a drink and is peeking up a bit now it’s out of the sun.

Anything else I should be doing other than keeping it safe?

I’ve had cats before but rescued as adults, never a kitten!!

I’ll be calling by the vets later with his paperwork so the poor thing can look forward to jabs next

When we got our kitten he was sick a couple of times. Vet recommended boiled chicken for a few days. He's 6 months now and had an upset stomach during the week. Been on chicken all weekend and now has a normal poo again.

But with him being so young the first time they said to make sure we took him in as they can go down hill quickly.

Terry had had a busy week. More slow introductions to the dog and he was most upset that I was spending time with another Cat, so he attached the iPad.

His personality is definitely coming out in spades.

yeah he seems pretty anxious about the new cat. Time together is short, closely supervised, and with lots of doggy rewards for when he’s not focussed on the cat. We’ll take it slow!!

Just by way of an update, lovely Terry is now fully assimilated. He has his jabs tonight, and has full roaming rights around the house. Thought you’d all like to see him looking healthy, well, and much bigger!

My 2 and a half year old has just said awww and stroked the second picture you just posted 😍. They look like they might become best buddies

I think that second photo of Terry and Pratchett is the ultimate proof that 70IsALimitNotATarget must have transcribed the conversation perfectly. Terry has decided that Prachett's coat complements his panther perfection and accentuates his fluffiness.

How's his tummy now?

He’s much better thank you @MadCatLady27 and eating like a horse. I’m feeding him 3x a day and biscuits always out. He doesn’t gorge himself like my last cat and grazes nicely.

he woke me up at 4:30 this morning licking me up the nose. It’s a good job he’s so cute!!
