I suspect he acquired an amuse-bouche from someone whose hygiene standards are a danger to upstanding gentlemen cat thieves everywhere.

I however am still convalescent from Refreshing The Tray. It was so awful had to do it in stages in the shower while cleaning the floor three times.

Mouse was in position first and Nemo hopped up and sprawled beside him with an air of complete innocence that his fur was touching Mouse's. Nemo just assumes that everyone loves him. After about 10 minutes Mouse told him to GTFO.

Lenny was in disgrace yesterday. Came running across the garden holding a flapping lady blackbird in his mouth by her head 😮.
Managed to recover said blackbird, and after sitting her somewhere quiet she flew off after about 20 minutes. No idea whether she'd survive the shock but at least I gave her a chance.

It’s nature, innit. Capn highly impressed and proud of Lenny.

Bird will most likely be ok, even tho I wouldn’t fancy 20 min Job-like.

Woke up this morning to find this grey thing on my pillow.

Im knackered. Capns putting on weight. Not unconnected - we’re in bed and he’s chomping his way through the second packet of dreamies this week. Has to be hand fed he says so I’m up till the small hours proffering The Hand while he slaps the packet every split second to keep me awake.

Megapurr, snuggle, then a few moments shut eye till it’s time for First Breakfast.

That op was a bloody miracle - he’s on tiptop form.

I must cut my lawn today. It's up to Socks' little furry armpits.
She and Matt were reluctant to get up when I got out of be at..er...10am, so I admire your sacrifice to keeping Cap'n fed, Lana. So happy to hear how well he is doing. Keep feeding those Dreamies.
