It’s just easier to let them get on with it isn’t it?

Our girl can jump up on the worktop but chooses not to. Unless I’m cooking tescos turkey thigh joint with salt and pepper & then she’s like a possessed animal.

I used to have a cat that was obsessed with paper. She shredded loo rolls and boxes of tissues were like crack cocaine.

Eat lillies! DH was told three times to put the bowl of lillies brought as a gift in the shed. It cost £1267.27 to have the cat's stomach pumped!

I've got 6. So I didn't install any rules - absolutely no point, setting myself up for failure otherwise 😂. Although they don't go upstairs now. But only because we finally live in a house that we can close the stairs off. We were open plan for 7 years and I hated it.

Dh said I could have cats but he won't love them! He HATES cats. Just not for him and that's that. They are my problem NOT his.

Smilethanks all. He's besotted. A true slave. Came home today with 4 rotisserie chicken thighs- one for him and one each for the cats 😂

...sleep in my bed. Every night, under the covers, curls up next to me. Also hits me in the face if I'm already asleep and he's not in bed already!
