Ollie at 7am “will you just fuck off? I’m trying to sleep”

Ollie at 7am “will you just fuck off? I’m trying to sleep”
If he could talk, that's exactly what he would have said I mean I did apologise for not knowing he felt absolutely fine after he had done a dying swan act a few hours ago Hmm
Fluffycloudland77 · 04/09/2021 19:18

@coastergirl Puddy throws her front legs out too. No idea why Bertie only did it occasionally.

Supersimkin2 · 04/09/2021 22:56

Relief NMC. At least you got a good kip in after the show.

Capns been on me all day. Won’t be brushed, fur like elderly punk. Will eat dreamies and purr loud. We tried to watch the Enfield Haunting but the titles were so terrifying we only managed 0 secs.

Gone to bed, we’re battling for the same pillow. You know who won.

Motorina · 05/09/2021 11:45

Hi all. I wondered if I might join this thread? I’m really enjoying reading about all your lovely cats.

I’ve posted a couple of threads first about a rescue who, very sadly, turned out to be seriously unwell, and then two kittens.

The kittens are now five months and I’ve been cautiously letting them out in the garden, whilst I am there, in daylight only.

All was going grand until I turned round and saw this!

She was back in the house a few minutes later happily eating Dreamies. No idea how. Probably magic.

Is this normal?

Shroedinger didn't choose a cat for his thought experiment for no reason :)

Supersimkin2 · 05/09/2021 12:39

Mornng Motorina!! What gorgeous kittenz!! Pay the toll, post the pic!!! You're now a fully paid up member of the Petcare Support Group!!! We're with you all the way (you need it) :)

YesItsMeIDontCare · 05/09/2021 12:52

@Motorina - nothing normal about a cat, so in a way I guess it is normal! I used to have a disabled cat who could get on to the conservatory roof 🤷🏼‍♀️

Have you got pics of both kittens?

(Is that a thatched cottage? I may have to hate you!)

Motorina · 05/09/2021 13:06

It is a thatched cottage, which I guess means that the roof is nicely climbable! I swear I aged 10 years waiting for her to work her way down.

Here are the Kittens Little. Whitby on the left and Watchet (the climber!) on the right.

Fluffycloudland77 · 05/09/2021 13:07

That’s normal cat stuff. Apparently our departed Bengal used to sit on the roof.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 05/09/2021 13:09

Did Mum make it?

The kittens are trouble gorgeous!

TheLongRider · 05/09/2021 13:24

Perfectly normal cat behaviour! @Oldraver can testify to the behaviour of her previous cat Col who loved nothing better than climbing onto her roof.

Motorina · 05/09/2021 14:25

@YetAnotherSpartacus ahhh, no, unrelated. But sadly he didn’t. Hence why I’m extra paranoid about losing the kittens. But it sounds like roofs are normal for them so I’ll try not to worry.

Thanks, everyone, for the welcome.

Fluffycloudland77 · 05/09/2021 15:12

All cat behaviour is normal. Puddy chews on iPhone charger cables. We’ve had words about electrocution but she thinks I’m being a nause.

Now I’ve booked the vet her leg furs coming back.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 05/09/2021 15:14

I'm sorry about the Mum, Motorina Flowers.

Fluffycloudland77 · 05/09/2021 15:26

It was an unrelated male @YetAnotherSpartacus.

It will make you nervous @Motorina.

Supersimkin2 · 05/09/2021 22:44

Sorry about your iphone @Fluffycloudland77
If I get one donated you can have it cheap.

Fluffycloudland77 · 06/09/2021 08:04

It’s ok she’s not broken anything. Puddy would never do anything like that because she is a lady.

Oldraver · 06/09/2021 08:13

@Motorina I call that Col normal. He liked to utilise ladders to climb and the radiator in the bathroom to get out the Velux onto the roof

Yes I have more grey hairs

YesItsMeIDontCare · 07/09/2021 12:32

Oh my life! I've got an interview tomorrow!!! Leroy is going to be livid 🙀

I, on the other hand, am merely terrified 😱😁

YetAnotherSpartacus · 07/09/2021 12:50

Exciting!

Do you want the job or is it an 'any job will do' job?

Good luck!

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 07/09/2021 12:55

@YesItsMeIDontCare

Good luck, assuming you want the job!

Justonedayatatime11 · 07/09/2021 13:44

2021 babies . All looking scarily grown up! Good luck @YesItsMeIDontCare

It's a combination of any job and this job. Not perfect but I need to get back in to the workforce. DS will be off to uni next year so I guess my work here is done 😢

NotMyCat · 07/09/2021 16:49

Ollie just toppled off the sofa. He was sat there perfectly happy and then managed to trip over his own paw and fall off it Confused
