Shattered this morning, opened the living room blind half asleep. Only to find paws sat on the windowsill like "MORNING HUMAN" HmmGrin

Supersimkin2 · 03/09/2021 11:06

Majestic Matt! What a beauty he is.

I lose limbs taking the scissors to Capn. I regret to say his bum was done under sedation by the vet.

Fluffycloudland77 · 03/09/2021 11:43

I see the Captain took moving house in his stride. “It’s easy, I don’t know why humans make such a fuss about things”.

Puddy is booked for the vets next week, she’s still got a bald patch on her leg. She gets properly scared of going in the box though. If it was pure annoyance like Asbo was I wouldn’t feel bad but this ones scared 😭 I booked online so I’ve written a long biography for them incase I’m not allowed in with her. I booked in with my favourite vet, I trust her judgement. Not like the one who said Asbo was a typical highly strung Bengal.

Supersimkin2 · 03/09/2021 12:10

These so-called experts should hang their head in shame Fluffy.

We haven't moved yet. Delays, delays, delays. Capn keeps falling into boxes at 3am and I have to get him out with my phone torch scanning for a plumy tail flailing in the dark.

I've made him a little throne and dais for now.

Fluffycloudland77 · 03/09/2021 14:42

There’s always delays isn’t there?. My dn had a delay literally as they were meant to be collecting keys Hmm

Supersimkin2 · 03/09/2021 14:57

Have you tried the basket with a jersey and Feliway? Poor little girl. It might help a bit.

Fluffycloudland77 · 03/09/2021 15:01

I’m going to use a towel incase she has any accidents. Might leave basket out for a few days.

I just walked into a cloud of Dave fart. How can something do tiny produce something so noxious.

Tom came into my office three times today for pets. First time he has wanted rubs in the house. Making up for staring in a lost cat post on fb!

How does everyone get cat hair off their clothes? Even when I wash them still there.

YesItsMeIDontCare · 03/09/2021 21:06

@NowYouListenToMeFella - believe it or not, something very similar to this! Absolutely the best thing for de-fluffing clothes, beds, sofas, backs of curtains... etc... etc. Finish off the last remnants with a good old fashioned StickyMitt.

A rubber glove for removing cat hair from clothes and s shower squeegee for soft furnishings and carpet. It's amazing how much hair comes off.

If you have a tumble dryer it helps to get cat hair out of clothes. Otherwise you resign yourself to wearing permanently hairy clothing.

Thanks YesItsMeIDontCare. I was beginning to think I might need to stop wearing so much black. I shall order some of those.

NotMyCat · 03/09/2021 22:18

Ollie has been sick and is looking miserable and quiet. Perfect timing Ollie, as ever Hmm
I'll ring the vet tomorrow...

NowYouListenToMeFella · 04/09/2021 09:25

Thanks TheLongRider. Shall try those too.

Poor Ollie. Hope the vet visit goes well.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 04/09/2021 10:07

How is Ollie today?

Bipbopboo66 · 04/09/2021 10:17

I mentioned another cat needing suport.
The murderous look, foot in the air...
Anything. Anything before i'm dead in my bed.

KittenKong · 04/09/2021 10:22

Oh god, what did you do? Change cat food brand? Sneeze? Breath too loudly?

You are toast...

Fluffycloudland77 · 04/09/2021 10:28

I think it’s too late for sorry now.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 04/09/2021 10:29

You will be emotionally blackmailed until you break if you are lucky

coastergirl · 04/09/2021 10:34

Papergirl1968 · 04/09/2021 12:31

How’s Ollie today?
His fans are anxiously waiting for a bulletin update on his health...

NotMyCat · 04/09/2021 13:35

Ollie is absolutely fine Hmm
He ate his breakfast and sodded off out the window "cat stuff to do, goodbye"
Such a drama cat

YetAnotherSpartacus · 04/09/2021 13:36

Thank goodness! Here I was imagining the worst and you were too distraught to post!

Papergirl1968 · 04/09/2021 13:43

Thank goodness! Me too, Spartacus. Grin

NotMyCat · 04/09/2021 13:43

I had a lie in as I got up at 3am, 5am and 7am to check on him Blush
By 7am he was doing go away face at me so I went to bed for a bit
Honestly he was all droopy and refusing to purr last night and flopping about. I think it was the equivalent of a man wearing the dressing gown of doom

YetAnotherSpartacus · 04/09/2021 13:57

I'm so glad he is OK and I hope that you had a nice lie in.
