Freckles, who when she is not sleeping on me she is trying to distract me from my work by demanding snuggles 🙄😊

Rocking him to sleep in his arms and telling him he's the most beautiful cat in the world?

YetAnotherSpartacus · 09/09/2021 13:58

Sounds like an appropriate crime and punishment story to me.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 09/09/2021 13:59

As I was told when I got a job 3 months ago. This doesn't however mean you are allowed to post less on 'the litter tray'

We haven't had a TC or a Sybil picture/update for AGES, Grumpy.

Taps foot ...

YesItsMeIDontCare · 09/09/2021 14:02

Boglin is gorgeous dotty! I hope your son felt truly honoured 😁. My old cat had the nickname Bogs (well, Bogz) short for Harlequin Bogwoppit.

Hope Puddy's feeling better and now Fluffy, I'm glad her li'l leg is nothing to worry about.

YesItsMeIDontCare · 09/09/2021 14:04

Oh how can you resist that face onlymyself?!?

Supersimkin2 · 09/09/2021 18:24

Boglin is just flufftastic. What a snuggle bunny. With views.

coastergirl · 09/09/2021 20:57

Brilliant news yes!

I caught up on the thread on my lunch today but didn't have time to respond. Work is utterly bonkers at the moment (always is, but especially so right now). So lovely to see so many cats!

Fluffy I'm glad Puddy has a clean bill of health. Hope she's forgiven you now.

Fluffycloudland77 · 09/09/2021 21:05

Freckles is very aptly named, I don’t think I’ve seen that marking pattern before!.

Papergirl1968 · 09/09/2021 21:44

Congratulations, Yes!
Welcome to all the new kitties on here, and their slaves.

Defiantly41 · 09/09/2021 21:57

Beautiful pics Boglin & Feckles

Wonderful news @YesItsMeIDontCare

Super, Capn V is gorgeous

Supersimkin2 · 09/09/2021 22:15

Good times to Puddy, brave girls the both of you. Is she sleeping with you? That might relax her a bit.

Fluffycloudland77 · 09/09/2021 22:31

Yes I’m sleeping with her tonight in her room. She won’t go in our room because she’s scared of the ceiling fan.

I think she’s forgiven me now @coastergirl, I’ve been snuggled up to.

NotMyCat · 09/09/2021 23:25

Filling up ollies litter tray and was v confused to find a packet in his cat litter. Had a look and it turns out they did bags which included free cat treats!
Opened them and Mr fussy eater head butted me and knocked them over the floor to eat them Confused so they must be good

TheLongRider · 10/09/2021 07:33

When I took Charlie in to the vet recently, he came away with a number of different treatments, eye drops, ear drops and some fish oil gel capsules for his scruffy coat.

I tried to get him to eat the capsules but he spat them out like a pea from a pea shooter. Next I tried squishing the contents onto his cat food, no joy. Then I mixed the fishy oils with some Greek yoghurt, nope still not eating it. Finally I dug out some Lick-e-lix, squished a teaspoon's worth onto a saucer, stirred in the oils and he gobbled it up!.

I present for your approval his amuse bouche of fish oil/Lick-e-lix with a catnip garnish.

Well that's me presenting Leroy's meals with a catnip garnish in future!

AlfonsoTheMango · 10/09/2021 08:11

Great news, Yes.

Wonderful to catch up on all the posts and see how the feline overlords and their slaves are doing.

NotMyCat · 10/09/2021 10:27

Bogs is banished to the lounge as peed on my sons remaining quilt! We have no idea why he's doing this.

Fluffycloudland77 · 10/09/2021 11:13

Have you taken a urine sample to the vets? He could easily have an infection.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 10/09/2021 11:23

Yeah, vet as the first step.

I read somewhere that cats like the smell of testosterone. This wasn't where I read it, but it says the same (in more lay terms)

slate.com/human-interest/2018/11/cat-pee-laundry-litter-box-advice.html

I wonder if Bogs just likes the smell of your son's teen spirit?

YesItsMeIDontCare · 10/09/2021 11:42

Unusual peeing should always be checked out by a vet. Good luck, let us know how he gets on.

Supersimkin2 · 10/09/2021 14:18

@TheLongRider we're all at yours for dinner tonight.

Can you turn the fan off Fluffy?

Papergirl1968 · 10/09/2021 23:14

Just had to share this pic that I saw on Facebook - it makes my heart melt!

AlfonsoTheMango · 11/09/2021 08:39

I'd vote for him.
