@swampytiggaa we're here! It took me a couple of days to realise we had moved too.

swampytiggaa · 16/10/2020 04:47

Wondered where everyone was! Hello! Just off to work catch up later 😁

QueenOllie · 16/10/2020 09:15

Paws is here for first breakfast. I can hear his teeth clanking off the plate despite not being in the same room ConfusedGrin

I read that as Paws (and/or his teeth) were not in the same room as the bowl...

QueenOllie · 16/10/2020 10:10

@YetAnotherSpartacus I wouldn't put anything past him. He appears to be hunting something in the hedge across the road now

I too only found this thread yesterday. Maybe the person who starts a new thread could put a link to it in the old thread. (This is what happens on the Archers thread, where the discussion is is continual.)

Greetings to all felines and their servants!

nettie434 · 16/10/2020 11:11

Poor Paws! I feel so sad for him. He is lucky to have you, QueenOllie.

QueenOllie · 16/10/2020 11:53

Spot his entire jaw open...

Barney used to eat his biscuits just the same! Leroy eats his treats like that too 🙄.

Supersimkin2 · 16/10/2020 19:06

Paws Jaws!!

Welcome @TheSilveryPussycat.

The cat's arse has recovered, everyone will doubtless be thrilled to hear.

Allergictoironing · 16/10/2020 19:16

Excellent Lana. Is he actually pooing in the right places as well?

Supersimkin2 · 16/10/2020 19:24

Yes! V pleased.

Are you ok today Allergic?

Allergictoironing · 16/10/2020 21:14

I'm doing OK. Boycat is still velcrocat 40% of the time, i.e. whenever we are both awake, but we have worked out an adequate cuddle method that doesn't use my primary arm for both bed and sofa cuddles. Girlcat is being very attentive, and seems confused as to why I'm not picking her up at the mo. Kitty nursing is doing a great job, especially as I have been told in the past that the purring frequency of cats aids i human healing! Grin

Have a date for face2face consultant checkup (Monday) and telephone physio appt (Wednesday). Have ordered myself some snazzy cardigan clips from Amazon so I can wear a woolly pashmina like a cape to the appt Monday, as a coat hoiked over that shoulder just slips off all the time. & it's getting fecking cold outside.

Was thinking about you earlier Lana. was binge watching the series about the Blue Cross vets, and noticed they had an ambulance driver called Lee! Now I know that it almost definitely isn't the Nurse Lee from your past, but as they were covering your part of London it WAS a coincidence.

Papergirl1968 · 16/10/2020 22:56

Congrats Lana and Cap’n on your nine month anniversary.
Glad the bum has recovered!

Papergirl1968 · 16/10/2020 22:56

And glad you’re going ok, Allergic.

QueenOllie · 17/10/2020 10:32

Just said to my friend that paws hadn't been in and he replied "but it's 10.23, he won't be in at a weird time. Give it 7 minutes"
10.30am and guess who trots in Confused

Supersimkin2 · 17/10/2020 10:37

It's only 8 months!!!! Capn counts better than I do Grin

He got M&S rotisserie chicken out of it before he mentioned.

QueenOllie · 17/10/2020 20:20

Ollie is very into milkshake. I tried to take it off him and he grabbed it with his paw Blush thankfully he's fine with dairy!

It's prob really good for him

Thanks for all the kind wishes all.

Supersimkin2 · 17/10/2020 21:27

Ouch - none here, wrong place evidently Confused but thanks @Allergictoironing and hope recovery continues.

@Justonedayatatime keep strong, love.

coastergirl · 17/10/2020 21:32

I've been wondering about @Justonedayatatime11 Is she ok?

Justonedayatatime11 · 17/10/2020 21:42

Still here. Starting to feel human again. DD brought some lovely (non Covid) germs home with her, which she bounced back from, but which hit me like a bus. I have lupus and take immunosuppressants so I've struggled to shake it off. Fortunately the kittens have been babysitting me, well, sitting on me and keeping me company

Oh my goodness they are beautiful! I'm glad you're starting to feel better.

Supersimkin2 · 17/10/2020 22:05

Flowers sweetie, how awful for you. Take it easy on the return road to recovery.

Dem kittenz! Schweet!

QueenOllie · 17/10/2020 22:13

Oh they're gorgeous! And being good nurses too
