Went for a nap, left the window open. Woke up and all of Ollies food had gone, wet and dry and there was a ripped bin bag. I have my suspicions it was not Ollie...

Weezol · 27/07/2019 01:55

In fairness there are quite a lot of NMC that know where you live and have already cased the joint.

Supersimpkin · 27/07/2019 09:28

it's an inside job.

It was Paws (NMC in pics), he reappeared in the window stealthily HmmGrin

Fluffycloudland77 · 27/07/2019 11:06

i wondered if it was paws due to the size of the paws.

YesQueen · 27/07/2019 12:40

I'm surprised because he ate all the food, and must have been on the worktop to get the bin bag while I was asleep and not a peep from Ollie. Helpless home security here
I'm going to let him eat as I don't know many cats that will shred a bag to get to food after eating two bowls...

Weezol · 27/07/2019 15:01

Just scrolled back up to review the photo - 'kin 'ell, those paws are a bit Rocky Balboa.

YesQueen · 27/07/2019 15:17

@Weezol also spot the giant bunny back paws Shock

It’s like Goldilocks with Ollie as Baby Bear plaintively saying, “who has tried MA food and eaten it all up?”

Papergirl1968 · 28/07/2019 12:33

Matt in a rather unflattering pose Smile

Camera angles are everything aren’t they. I look awful in pictures.

Mr C helping me with sewing.

OP posts:
Supersimpkin · 28/07/2019 17:43

There is no sewing kit in the pic because I gave up and we had lemon meringue ice cream.

OP posts:
Fluffycloudland77 · 28/07/2019 18:48

That’s the best thing to do with sewing. Hanging pencil pleat curtains too.

Papergirl1968 · 28/07/2019 19:16

Ohh, lemon meringue ice cream sounds a much better idea than sewing!

Supersimpkin · 28/07/2019 22:29

4 ingredients, 5 min to heaven - whip small pot cream, insert big pot greek yoghurt into bowl, ditto some meringues you've dropped and a pot of value lemon curd. Marble = Mix badly. Freeze. Works best with cheapest own brands.

We're back on rations because of Mr C's steroid injection tomorrow.

Ollie decided to sleep in some very odd positions last night. I was sat on the sofa and he was literally upside down in my lap waving his paws in the air ConfusedConfused

Supersimpkin · 29/07/2019 17:00

Grin Love takes many forms.

I did brilliantly yesterday on Youtube's 'Fabulous Summer Feet' tutorials. GP referral to emergency podiatrist this am, rather demotivating for the home learner.

Paws is back. He has literally bolted the food. I mean opened his mouth and it fell in like hungry hippos, he cleared an entire bowl of dry within 2 minutes max

YesItsMeIDontCare · 29/07/2019 18:46

Rename him Jaws?

Fluffycloudland77 · 29/07/2019 18:51

Is it paper collar time? I wonder if the owners have gone on holiday.

YesQueen · 29/07/2019 18:55

He eats v weirdly too, I can hear his teeth hitting the bowl? When he eats, and yes like jaws, he opens his mouth and scoops in it
Can't get close enough for a paper collar. Yet Wink
