What is everyone's cat up to today?

Today I am 26 weeks pregnant and my cat Freya is communing with the baby. Mainly purring and gentle pawing in response to little kicks. I am hoping they'll be friends! Meanwhile Maisie is looking on disdainfully. She's in the huff because I tipped her out of the pregnancy dungarees, which she had commandeered as her personal nest.

What are your furry overlords all up to?

Kitties in picnic baskets! I have the urge to go and read the Famous Five all over again :)

That's what cat baskets looked like in the dark ages - 30+ years old and still going strong.

So having had the youngsters weighed they are each 3.6kg. Vet reckons they have probably finished growing. What happened to big cats? Battesea have foisted me with two tiny fluffies.

I can send you an extra-latge fluffy boy cat who is also a year old and seems to be still growing. He's 5kg+ and that's a very small box.

Ebony sunbathing

Sulking as they haven't been fed. One is having another stab (!) at blood tests, as the vet couldn't get any on Wednesday, and the other is having a fractured canine tooth removed.

Am expecting much cold shouldering tonight when I get them back from the vet. 1400 is not a good time for a vet appointment when they have nil by mouth for 12 hours. In my defence, I did feed them twice last night and sat up til 0200 so they had food til the last possible second.

When I went to the loo this morning, all three decided it was time for a Momfest.

Our little fluff was helping me tidy the drawer earlier.

Two cats back from vet. One had to have bloods taken from his neck as he can't cope with it from his leg as he has arthrosis (as they call it in Belgium ). The other had three teeth out and a good teeth clean, and has stitches in his mouth. He was cuddled for hours last night as he,was really dopey from the g.a. Happier today though.

@agnurse He is a sweetheart and brave as a lion! He is called Pebbles and been with us 5 weeks and has brought so much joy during a difficult time. He's a tiny bundle but has managed to become numero uno of the house 😍

He looks to be a very nice boy! I'd love to pet him. I have a special soft spot for very nice cats.

My 3 are in different places today: ones sitting on top of my feet (my little shadow) My huge Madam sits in the conservatory with a look of don't disturb me & my shy guy is probably napping upstairs after waking me up to tell me the food bowl was empty so they started to redecorate the kitchen Love all the kitty pictures here
