We live in the countryside and we were walking when we found the tiny one. I took her to the vet straightaway to get her checked. She has nasty diahorea but is quite bright otherwise. They gave me a deworming, a probiotic thingy...I try to give her kitty milk but she is not keen. She drinks water and some specialised food that I bought from the vet. I'm planning on offering food every 3 hours : milk-food-water...she is asleep on heating pad on low. What else can I do !? I'm really worried she is not drinking the milk :(

Rubbishmantra - she was really dehydrated and I know we did the right thing to bring her to the vet.

Sending you and Bella lots of positive vibes. Well, you are so lovely for taking her in and caring for her so tenderly. You have shown her so much love in such a short time. That's very special. I used to breed/foster kittens. Getting her to the vet so fast is all you can do. Dont lose heart. I really hope she makes it.

Flowers for you op.

user1477462353 · 28/11/2016 08:22

Update : The vet said she is doing quite well, no vomiting just a bit of diarrhoea. The blood test didn't show anything really bad but she is still quite lethargic. She has a catheter which is good and they are rehydrating her slowly which is the most important thing I think. It is a stomach problem. She's not out of the woods yet but it seems quite positive.
