Rain had just arrived her, a lot further north. As much as I love the sun my garden really needs it!

Coco seems to have recovered nicely from her spay op - but abit of regression with lead chewing (I suspect it’s frustration and teenager-dom) and not listening.

We had a weather warning for storms but not materialised. A couple of showers earlier and just had a downpour.

Happy belated birthday Riverpup! We've had lots of rain today which has been much needed as I'm sick of watering the garden 😂

Yes, Cockapoo, I'm grateful I don't have to water the allotment tomorrow!

Huge storm here at the moment after rain and thunder on and off all day.

Don't fancy my chances of getting the girls out for pre bedtime toilet

I have to go to the top of the garden in the rain and hide behind a vegtrug. Florapup can’t resist coming to find me when she can’t see me. Once she’s out, she will wee! 🌧️ ☔️

@BigBundleOfFluff , poor wee love that looked sore! Glad it’s looking better.

@AnnieSnap - fortunately the rain eased off so managed to persuade them outdoors and supervised by flashlight from the doorway.

Speaking of supervision, little pup discovered a route to the kitchen table yesterday evening 😲😲

@tizwozliz, you're going to have your hands full with that one! 🙈🤣

Oh jings, @AnnieSnap , if mine worked out how to do that I’d have a real problem!!

But yes, I’m sure it’ll settle down. Mine was terrible for surfing the counters for a while but he’s mostly learned that’s not ok.

Ha ha @tizwozliz I remember when Orangepup figured that out! She's too short to surface steal but she can jump! She knows it's a big no, so thankfully stopped.

RiverPup worked out that he can jump/climb onto to the chair, and then get on the table. I did consider doing agility training with him, but thought that may encourage this!

Made sure all the chairs were tucked in so couldn't use them to get to the table. Pup got on the footstool and jumped the 2ft onto the table. Footstool now relocated!

Labs and their bonkers ability to jump! Swear they're part-horse!

Our older pup jumps but sensibly only really outside the house. She won't even jump over tiny obstacles in the hallway inside, just stands there and looks pathetic

Mine lab certainly prances like a horse at times, and whinnies likes one at times.

We're entering FluffyPup into next year's Grand National, he's so good at jumping. And big! 🤣

I do hope Florapup doesn’t develop a liking for the jumping 😮 She had her first walk today. She was so much easier than any of my previous pups, only pulling back against the lead once! I did a little bit of work on it in the garden in two occasions, but not much. Anyway she loved it, lots of sniffing, off lead time with a few frolics. Recall was perfect. I know it will go pear shaped when she hits adolescence 😳

Our ‘not so little’ now Florapup on only her second walk with her woolly brothers 🙂

Fluffpup is either too lazy to jump onto counter/tables or too thick to work out she can...

Little pup is so much easier out and about on lead or off than big pup ever was. The only negative of that is it means it can all go wrong at adolescence! Older one never really went backwards but was hard work from the start.
