Got my gorgeous little pup recently, he's a lovely little boy 😍

Friends and family however, have said that he doesn't look like the breed he is, just wondering what you'd presume him to be on first look?

GSD cross....maybe collie/ golden retriever.....that brindle leg effect is very common

My first thought was German Shepherd cross Border Collie but reading other guesses I agree there is a bit if a sighthound look to him too

Looks like a real mixture to me, definitely with some sighthound - which is essentially what a lurcher is. Bit of collie, alsation and sighthound i think. We had a mix like that. She was the greatest dog that ever lived.

I would assume a mix including Whippet and Collie, with a bit of GSD. If you bought him as a breed, then I think you were had. If you paid a nominal fee for a mix, then he’s a cute pup.

Either way, hope he grows up happy and healthy.
