Deer hound? Are you on Mars darling x

Plentyofpets · 27/01/2019 17:43

It absolutely is an Irish Terrier, some are way bigger than standard. (Dog show huge here !)

Arthur2shedsJackson · 27/01/2019 17:50

Irish wheaten terrier.

AtiaoftheJulii · 27/01/2019 17:54

It’s an Airdale all day long, amazed at your other suggestions, but hey ho

Except Airedales are black and tan ... Hey ho!

tabby007 · 27/01/2019 17:54

It’s an Irish terrier, same as her (except she has her fur groomed and girl ones are smaller than boys), seen quite a few

Aren’t Irish terriers a bit smaller than this dog?

RoisinXena · 27/01/2019 18:09

Could be a Hungarian Vizla

SpockPaperScissorsLizardRock · 27/01/2019 18:30

An Airedoodle?

Airedale/poodle cross.

justasking111 · 27/01/2019 18:32

Looks just like my friends labradoodle.

SpockPaperScissorsLizardRock · 27/01/2019 18:32

Not my picture!

It is definitely an Irish terrier. Our close friends have one and he’s lovely. They get comments about him everywhere they go. Very gentle and loyal.

Butterfly84 · 27/01/2019 18:38

He is definitely not a deerhound or wolfhound. And the face shape and beard mean he can't be a labradoodle.

He must be something like an irish terrier or wheaten terrier. Lovely dog.

Nothingoriginalhere · 27/01/2019 18:39

It looks like a large Irish to me, we have an Airedale and the dog in the pic is definately not a dale.
Pic.is our Dale Honey in her favourite position

manicmij · 27/01/2019 18:43

Bit too big head for an Airedale me thinks.

ErrolTheDragon · 27/01/2019 18:52

It looks like the same dog as in the second Clearview ad which user posted - but it looks smaller in that one. I think those chairs are smaller than we think and we're getting the scale of the dog a bit wrong in the OP.

Pinkbells · 27/01/2019 18:56

It looks like an irish wolfhound

Pinkbells · 27/01/2019 18:57

This is an irish wolfhound

Not sure of the dog in the ad but the lady who posted a pic of the whv definitely posted a pic of a whv contrary to the person who said it wasn’t one! WHV have different colouring to Vizslas amongst other differences.

AgathaF · 27/01/2019 19:04

It's an untrimmed standard poodle

Allergictoironing · 27/01/2019 19:08

Italian Spinone? A friend of my cousin had one - right colour, right shape, right size...

cheval · 27/01/2019 19:12

Half sheep, half wheaten terrier 😏

allornuffin · 27/01/2019 19:12

It's an Irish. Albeit an oversized one of poor colour and ungroomed. Quite how someone (pp) can be sooo adamant it's an Airedale when it's blatantly not if you've a clue about dog breeds...🙄

Ibiza7 · 27/01/2019 19:13

Irish terrier, too big for a Lakie and not heavy enough for an Airedale.

mrslaughan · 27/01/2019 19:29

Bouvier des Flanders

1egse1even · 27/01/2019 19:38

Is definitely an Irish terrier.. they can definitely appear bigger than the breed standard when not groomed..and mum's expecting snow 🙄
